Savannah Jackson
Savannah Jackson is a faith based coach, and speaker. She tells us that, “I use my background in medicine, psychology, and bioethics to provide a well rounded coaching experience to help my fellow Christians escape the cycle of trauma and finally start to live the life they were created to experience.”
Tell us about your life before the venture/ leading up to your venture?
Before I understood the intricate design of man, I was trapped in a cycle of depression, anxiety, and self-doubt. I kept running from my past, never truly able to move toward my future. Everything I pursued was just an attempt to escape, but I couldn’t break free because I was still living in the past. It wasn’t until I gained insight into how God designed us—and how to work with that design—that I was finally able to heal from unresolved trauma and embrace the life God intended for me. Now, I dedicate myself to helping others do the same.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
I help Christians with unresolved trauma transform fear into forgiveness by integrating elements of psychology biology and the missing component theology. I believe many of our problems are spiritual and worldly modalities can not combat spiritual wounds. The very meaning of psychotherapy means treatment of the soul, which is a nonmaterial part of human design. My organization aims to help people reach complete healing by healing the soul, not just the flesh.
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture?
My biggest accomplishment is that I help clients who have been in years of therapy, tried expensive retreats, gone through several self help books, and coaching courses finally receive the healing they have always searched for after being failed by the patterns of the world.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
My venture has allowed me a sense of freedom and purpose. I am able to spend more time with my family all while improving the lives of others.
What are you working on right now?
I am currently working toward landing a ted talk, and creating a course.
