Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Coaching, Women Empowerment, Growth Systems and Social Impact: Mansour Alaskar’s Mission to Make Physical Activity a Business Priority

Mansour

What happens when a coach decides that changing people’s lives is not simply the client’s responsibility—but his own mission?

For Mansour Alaskar, a Saudi Arabian movement-science expert and entrepreneur, that belief has shaped a journey from gymnastics coaching to a broader mission: helping people become physically active while building a business around education, wellness and social impact.

Humans of Fuzia (HOF), a global thought-leadership platform at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, women empowerment and socially conscious business, captures stories like Mansour’s to reveal what growth really looks like behind the polished success narrative.

From Coaching Athletes to Creating Social Impact

With a master’s degree in Movement Sciences, Mansour began as a gymnastics coach and later moved beyond high-performance athletes toward a much larger challenge—physical inactivity and obesity.

His journey took an unexpected turn when he launched a training course originally designed for men. Instead, eight women showed up.

That moment became a turning point. Over time, Mansour says he trained 520 women in physical education as certified professionals, challenging assumptions about who could participate in sports and physical-activity education.

His experience demonstrates how leadership can emerge from listening to the market rather than rigidly following the original plan.

The 2026 Growth Challenge: Expertise vs. Visibility

Like many coaches and small-business entrepreneurs, Mansour faces a modern growth challenge: his expertise is stronger than the way it appears online.

“There is big gap between what I am doing and how it shows to people,” he explains.

This is a critical business-growth lesson. In 2026, expertise alone does not guarantee visibility. Coaches need clear messaging, an Ideal Client Profile (ICP), strong content systems, sales funnels and consistent authority-building strategies.

Mansour’s next venture reflects this evolution. He is developing a corporate wellness model that approaches companies and HR decision-makers, positioning physical activity as a business issue connected to productivity, employee wellbeing and organizational costs.

Leadership, Growth Systems and Sustainable Execution

Scaling requires more than knowledge. It requires systems.

Mansour already works with a flexible network of designers, developers, marketers and advisors—some permanently and others on a project basis. The next opportunity is to connect that talent with clearer delegation, messaging, content production and client-acquisition systems.

His own self-awareness is equally important. “Sometimes I’m thinking, I’m like kangaroo,” he admits, describing his tendency to jump between projects.

For entrepreneurs, the lesson is practical: growth requires focus as much as creativity.

Execution Tip

Choose one core audience, one primary problem and one flagship offer. Build your messaging, content, speaking opportunities and sales funnel around that single direction for the next 90 days.
