Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Coaching, Women Empowerment, Growth Systems & Social Impact: Amelie Summer on Building Regenerative Communities | Humans of Fuzia

Amelie Summer

What if the key to protecting nature is not simply asking people to care—but giving them a reason to love what they see?

For Amelie Summer, founder of Earth Spirals, entrepreneurship is a vehicle for reconnecting people with nature, their bodies, their communities, and themselves.

Her work sits at an unusual intersection of permaculture, folklore, women empowerment, coaching, body confidence and environmental consciousness. Rather than building a business around conventional growth formulas, Amelie is building something more human: a community designed to create ripples of regenerative action.

At Humans of Fuzia (HOF), a global thought-leadership platform at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, women empowerment and socially conscious business, conversations like Amelie’s reveal another dimension of business growth—one where purpose and sustainability are central to the entrepreneurial journey.

Entrepreneurship With a Regenerative Mission

Amelie’s motivation comes from witnessing the climate emergency and biodiversity crisis.

“I can’t do much on my own. I’m very one person.”

Her response is not to attempt everything herself, but to teach others principles of permaculture, respect for the earth and connection with the land. Her vision is simple: train people who then return to their communities and create women’s circles, community gardens, activism and other forms of positive action.

The philosophy is multiplication through people.

Women Empowerment Through Coaching and Community

Alongside Earth Spirals’ group work, Amelie coaches women individually around body confidence, self-confidence and empowerment. She is also training as a psychosexual therapist, expanding the scope of her work beyond coaching.

The common thread is connection—to the body, nature, stories, folklore and the present moment.

Her upcoming Folklore of the Older Tree webinar and third Earth Priestess cohort demonstrate how niche expertise can become a distinctive thought-leadership platform.

Authentic Marketing Is a Growth Strategy

Amelie openly admits that marketing is outside her comfort zone.

“I would love to delegate all of the marketing and never go near marketing ever again.”

For many solopreneurs and small coaching businesses, this is a familiar growth bottleneck. The founder becomes simultaneously the coach, creator, marketer, salesperson and administrator.

The solution isn’t necessarily immediate hiring. It can begin with identifying which activities require the founder’s expertise and which can be systemised or delegated.

Email campaigns, social media management, podcast outreach and content distribution are potential areas for structured support—freeing the founder to focus on teaching, coaching and community building.

Scaling Without Outgrowing Your Foundations

Amelie sees scaling as “a bit of a leap of faith.” Her hesitation is not a lack of ambition; it is a desire to build strong foundations before committing to additional costs and complexity.

That is an important lesson for entrepreneurs in 2026: growth should increase capacity, not simply increase workload.

Before scaling, founders can clarify their ICP, strengthen their offer, build repeatable client acquisition systems, document processes and determine which responsibilities genuinely need delegation.

Execution Tip

Create a “Founder-Only vs. Delegatable” list. Divide your weekly tasks into two columns. Keep the activities that require your expertise, voice or direct client impact. Identify one recurring task—such as email management or social media—that could eventually be systemised or delegated.
