What sparked your journey as a coach/entrepreneur? Was there a moment, challenge, or person that pushed you to take this path?
I didn’t set out to become a life and health coach. I was a high-achieving tech professional, running my own business, constantly pushing the limits. I lived in extremes—up at 5 a.m. for a run, pounding through the day, collapsing at midnight only to do it all again. My “downtime” came in the form of punishing workouts, adrenaline-packed mountain bike rides, and drinking excessively. Eventually, I spiraled into a dark place where I no longer wanted to live. Whether it was divine intervention, or my own inner voice finally screaming loud enough—I found myself at a holistic rehab center in Loveland, CO. That place literally saved me. Slowly, I began to remember who I was—and who I wanted to become. It was grueling. I did ‘the dark night of the soul’ work. I had to strip away everything I thought defined me and rebuild from the ground up. It was like going to the depths of hell. But on the other side, I emerged—stronger, wiser, and ready to rise like a phoenix from the ashes. That’s when I knew. I was meant to help others rise, too.

Now, as a certified Life & Health Coach, I help people who are drowning in stress, burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm—just like I was. My mission is to guide them back to themselves. To show them that life can feel good again. To help others become better, more evolved versions of themselves.

Tell us a bit about what you do! What’s the purpose behind your business, and how does it make a difference in people’s lives?
I work with tech industry professionals who are suffering from burnout, high levels of stress and work-life imbalance. Through my experience, insight, and training, I help them discover a new way of looking at life. Joy IS within their reach—it doesn’t have to feel like an uphill battle. Small, simple changes can transform people’s health… their mindset, their sense of self. It is our birthright to have success and well-being in our lives.

Together, we create actionable changes that fit their lives, not the other way around. No judgment, no pressure—just a clear path to feeling better and performing at their best. I will invite them to try new things, to experiment. To step into the version of themselves that has been waiting to break free. By combining practical strategies with mindset shifts, my approach helps them grow both their personal and professional life.

Using a holistic approach, together we will focus on behavioral change with the client in the driver’s seat. They will be empowered to take responsibility for their journey. I will hold them accountable and give them that kick in the rear if they get stuck and need it. We focus on creating LASTING TRANSFORMATION. I mean, what’s the point of anyone investing in themselves if this will be short term?

Thinking back to the start of your career, what were some of the biggest challenges you faced in establishing yourself as a coach/entrepreneur? How did you work through them?
Probably the biggest challenge was transitioning from an industry that I had been in for over 25 years into a very different industry. Although I had been coaching and mentoring people since my mid-20s, I still had to build a completely different kind of network for myself. It took some time, but I was quickly able to connect with other like-minded souls in the holistic health and wellness sector. What kept me going was this drive or this pull from the universe—I am meant to do this work. This is my calling. That was and still is my motivation.

Is there a milestone or achievement you’re really proud of that you’d like to share?
Getting to the realization and then acting upon that realization that I was meant to do this work. I am fully committed and feel fulfilled to be in service of others.

Women are making big moves in workplaces around the world, leading alongside their male counterparts. What are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
It is absolutely necessary! Women bring a completely different vibe to leadership. We need to foster environments to mentor young women leaders. We as a species need to integrate and balance the masculine and feminine energies. Without women leaders, we don’t have that balance and I believe the future of our human evolution is dependent on this.

What advice would you give to future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Find a woman mentor! Keep asking questions. Learn as much as you can. Listen to your heart, let your intuition guide you. If you adopt a daily mindfulness practice, you will bring more confidence, awareness, and love into your daily actions. Those daily actions and intentions create your future.
