Could you elaborate on the nature of your business, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
I believe that midlife women hold immense knowledge and wisdom that the world needs now. Often, our life experiences can leave us feeling small and lacking in self-belief. As we reach midlife, the demands on us become even greater, squeezing out the possibility of making the most of the midlife journey. I believe we need to reclaim this moment for the transformative potential it holds to access our highest potential. There is great purpose in our painful experiences—it just requires a perspective shift along with the identification and transformation of the limiting beliefs we all hold.

When women step into their true selves and find more confidence, self-belief, and self-worth, they can transform their relationships and amplify their impact. Whether this is within the family unit or more broadly to help solve some of our world’s more complex challenges, the world needs midlife women’s wisdom and experience.

Our mission is to awaken and empower midlife women to become transformational forces not just in their own lives but within their families, communities, and the world.

What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
Nine years ago, I was thriving in a successful consulting business delivering culture and change projects for global clients. I loved the work but wasn’t aware of how much of my identity was connected to my job.

Then the business came to an unexpected end, which threw my life into turmoil. But that breakdown became a breakthrough. It led me on a profound healing journey, which completely transformed my life for the better. This is why I’m such a believer that within our traumas lie great treasures.

Along the way, I discovered powerful, innovative techniques that transformed me—not just how I live, but who I am. I found a more meaning-rich, heart-led, and fulfilling way of being—one that aligns with my deepest purpose.

Now, having walked this path myself, I bring that wisdom forward to help others do the same. Because the truth is, we all have that magic within us—just waiting to be awakened. And that’s pretty exciting!

Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
Finding the confidence to share my story and my voice with the world.

As women, we can lack confidence in our experiences and worth. This is programmed into us by the society we live in. We inherit limiting beliefs from our childhood, however wonderful and loving it might be (or not!).

In my experience, finding the confidence to share your story takes a clear sense of your values, the key moments in your life that shaped you, and the removal of the limiting beliefs that stand in your way. It takes work but is so rewarding!

Would you like to share any remarkable achievements?
I was lucky to find a passion early in my career for storytelling. I absolutely love listening to people’s amazing stories, and for the last 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing many human stories. As one of the pioneers in this space, I was honored to be recognized as a named patent holder of a Narrative-Based Approach to Organizational Development.

Women are a growing force in workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women in leadership today?
We need women leaders who can fully embody their potential. That means embracing both masculine energy—drive, focus, and execution—and feminine energy—intuition, empathy, and collaboration.

For too long, businesses have undervalued these deeply feminine strengths, yet they are exactly what our world needs. In times of complexity, uncertainty, and rising mental health challenges, these qualities aren’t just valuable—they are our superpower. Don’t be afraid to embrace the full spectrum of power. By doing so, we will create more balanced, human-centered, and thriving businesses that care for the humans that work there and look after our beautiful planet.

What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Believe in yourself.

Pay attention to the limiting beliefs and stories running in the background—they might be shaping your reality more than you realize. Tune in, question them, and don’t let them hold you back. When you transform those inner narratives, you unlock your true power and unique gifts.

Understand your nervous system.

Your well-being isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation for everything. Taking care of yourself starts with understanding how your nervous system works. Learning to regulate and return to balance isn’t just self-care; it’s the key to greater resilience, deeper connections, and more ease in life. When you master this, you transform not just your effectiveness but the quality of your relationships—and the way you show up in the world.
