Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.

Before, I was an Economics, Spanish and Psychology student, turned student mentor. I’ve always been big on travelling, finding time to do so in every break I get. I speak 3 languages, and rollerblade and cook in my free time.

Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people? 

As an internationally accredited Mindset & Accountability Coach, I am dedicated to helping ambitious professionals discover and pursue their ideal careers and lives. My bespoke coaching programs focus on overcoming limiting beliefs, building confidence, and creating effective strategies for personal and professional growth, benefiting clients by providing clear visions, enhanced performance, and improved relationships.

What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture?

The response from my clients has been incredibly positive, with many achieving significant milestones such as quitting unfulfilling jobs, landing dream roles, starting successful businesses, and overcoming major life changes. I have also been invited as a guest speaker on various podcasts and have served as a keynote speaker at multiple events.

My biggest supporter is my incredible mum, a single mother who has raised me to be strong and resilient. Her selflessness and unlimited belief in me has been the foundation of my success and wellbeing.

As a young woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?

As a young woman entrepreneur, I hope to see a world where gender equality and diversity are prioritized, providing equal opportunities for all. I seek opportunities to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to create inclusive spaces, support women’s empowerment, and foster innovation. My goal is to inspire and mentor the next generation of women leaders, helping them navigate their journeys and achieve their aspirations.

Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?

This progress is inspiring, as it demonstrates the growing recognition of women’s capabilities and contributions across various industries. However, there is still work to be done to ensure that all women, regardless of background, have equal access to opportunities and can thrive in leadership roles. Continued support, mentorship, and policies promoting diversity and inclusion are essential to sustaining and advancing this progress.
