As President of Digital Content Creators, my priority is to offer resources and services that bring the latest techniques and trends in eLearning and publishing to current and future clients.

What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
My journey started with a vision that no one else saw. It was that NYC was coming into its own after years of decline, and an international marketplace was developing. I was fortunate enough to realize this, and bring in magazines to meet the demand of the international populace.

Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
As I grew my company, the single most important thing was to learn how to communicate effectively and to listen attentively.

Would you like to share any remarkable achievement?
I feel my whole life has been a remarkable achievement.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
I do now, and have for as long as I had the authority to do so.

What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Never give up, and never be afraid to show you are the smartest in the room.
