Can you tell us about your background and what inspired you to become who you are today?
My biggest inspiration came from my own life experiences. I grew up in a household where emotional support was absent, and my early years were shaped by domestic conflict and complex family dynamics. From a young age, I witnessed constant tension at home, and there was never space for emotional expression or healing.
As I grew older, this environment deeply impacted my sense of identity, relationships, and self-worth. I struggled with emotional isolation, low self-confidence, and unhealthy relationship patterns. I spent years trying to fit in and searching for belonging without truly understanding myself.
A major turning point came when I moved abroad to Singapore at the age of 26. That experience allowed me to rebuild myself in a new environment and begin discovering who I truly was. However, later life transitions brought suppressed trauma back to the surface, which ultimately pushed me to begin my healing journey and shaped the person I am today.
What challenges did you face during your personal and professional journey?
One of my biggest challenges was navigating life without a support system. I experienced anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, especially during major life transitions, including losing my job and facing business challenges.
I once reached a point where my anxiety became so intense that I felt completely helpless. That moment forced me to turn inward and confront everything I had suppressed for years. I realized that many of my struggles were rooted in unresolved childhood trauma and attachment wounds.
Facing these challenges required deep inner work, confronting painful memories, and rebuilding my identity from the ground up. It was difficult but transformative.
How did your healing journey begin, and what did it involve?
My healing journey began when I decided that I no longer wanted to live in emotional pain. I started learning about trauma, attachment patterns, and emotional responses. This helped me understand how my experiences shaped my behavior and relationships.
I spent time doing deep inner work, including reparenting, shadow work, and addressing abandonment wounds, neglect, and emotional trauma. It involved confronting suppressed emotions and dismantling false beliefs I had formed about myself.
Over time, I experienced profound changes in how I responded to stress and challenges. Even when I later faced similar difficult situations, I noticed my reactions were calmer and more grounded. That shift showed me that true healing was possible.
What led you to become a trauma healing coach?
My transformation inspired me to help others who are experiencing similar struggles. Initially, I began sharing my experiences simply to challenge my own fears of visibility and self-expression. Eventually, I realized that my journey had a deeper purpose.
I pursued professional training and certifications and officially began working with clients. I developed my own alternative healing approach that combines different non-clinical methods to help people address trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges.
Seeing clients experience meaningful transformation within a short period has reinforced my belief that healing is accessible when we are willing to do the inner work.
What impact do you hope your work creates?
My goal is to help people feel safe within themselves, understand their emotional patterns, and rebuild their sense of self-worth. Many individuals carry unresolved trauma without realizing its impact on their lives.
I want to show people that healing is possible and that their past does not have to define their future. When individuals heal, they can build healthier relationships, make empowered choices, and live more fulfilling lives.
What message would you share with those going through difficult emotional experiences?
Healing begins when you choose to face what you have been avoiding. When life removes everything external, it invites you to look within. That process may feel overwhelming, but it can lead to profound transformation and self-discovery.
“When you turn inward and choose healing, you rediscover your strength and create a life rooted in self-awareness and peace.”
