Tell us about your life before the venture/leading up to your venture?

Son of immigrants, firstborn—lots of pressure to succeed. Went to the University of Virginia for my undergraduate degree (Psychology & Economics double major) and earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from The George Washington University.

Tell us something about your organization. What is it about, and how is it helpful for people?

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training, consulting, and coaching. Harassment prevention training and consulting, allyship, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, trust, and higher productivity.

What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture? (Please talk about your recognitions/achievements here)

29 years and thriving.

How has your life changed because of your venture?

Oh, absolutely. My work is more of a vocation than a profession.
