How would you describe yourself to our readers?
I’d describe myself as a driven and positive individual who thrives on helping others. I’m a connector—I love bringing people together and supporting them in meaningful ways. I’m also a proud mother of two daughters, and being a strong role model for them is deeply important to me. I stand on the shoulders of the strong women before me, and women’s empowerment is a cause close to my heart. I see it as a human right. That’s why I continue to encourage women to be bold, take ownership, and be a force for good in the world.
Tell us about your entrepreneurial journey.
After years in corporate leadership, I transitioned into entrepreneurship. I purchased a franchise with The Entrepreneur Source, which was a practical next step as franchises offer built-in structure and support. My work involves coaching individuals at a career crossroads, helping them explore options—whether that’s starting a business, transitioning careers, or stepping into leadership roles. I also run an executive and leadership coaching practice and consult in the procurement space, which was my area of expertise in corporate.
What kind of impact are you aiming to make through your work?
I want to help women become more confident and independent. Too often, we wait for permission to lead or succeed. I believe business ownership is a path to financial and personal freedom. Women who own their journey—whether in a corporate role or as entrepreneurs—can break cycles of waiting and start building on their own terms. I’m here to support that transition and help them navigate it with clarity and strength.
What challenges do you face in running your business?
One of the biggest challenges is doing it all. As a small business owner, I juggle coaching sessions, networking, admin work, and outreach. Coaching, especially, requires deep, one-on-one focus, so multitasking isn’t an option. While the franchise provides some marketing and outreach support, balancing everything and managing time effectively is always a challenge.
How do people usually find and connect with you?
Most people reach out to me through LinkedIn. I also do a lot of networking, both individually and through groups. I collaborate with other coaches and consultants, and I have a team that helps with outreach as well.
What are your short-term goals for this year?
This year, I’m focused on meeting my revenue goals—and I’m on track to do that. I also want to increase my visibility and build more meaningful connections that can expand my reach and impact.
What message would you like to share with women who aspire to lead or start something new?
Just take the first step. If you don’t try, you’ll never know what’s possible. Entrepreneurship isn’t just about skills—it’s about mindset. Surround yourself with people who inspire you and take action. When your heart and mind align, you’ll know you’re on the right path.
“Believe in yourself, take that bold step, and don’t wait for permission—recognize your own power and rise.”
