Tabitha Ngozi – Empowering Entrepreneurs to Find Fulfillment

Tabitha Ngozi

Meet Tabitha Ngozi, an empowerment coach, business consultant, and founder of GoQuest Consulting Services and GoQuest Academy. With a background in microbiology and professional experience in healthcare sales, Tabitha realized that many people were working in jobs that paid the bills but left them unfulfilled. Determined to change this, she built a platform to help individuals discover their talents, align with careers that bring joy, and develop the skills to grow thriving businesses. Humans of Fuzia is proud to feature her story—one that reflects resilience, purpose, and leadership—to inspire our global community of 5 million women and allies who believe in He for She and She for She.

Q: Can you tell us a bit about your journey and how you became an entrepreneur?
Tabitha: Before becoming a founder, I worked as a sales manager in a health organization. Although I enjoyed marketing and interacting with clients, I felt unfulfilled. I noticed that many people around me also worked in jobs that didn’t make them happy—they were simply there to survive and pay bills. That inspired me to start GoQuest Consulting Services in 2021, with the mission of helping people discover their purpose and build careers that give them both income and joy.

Q: How did GoQuest Academy come into being?
Tabitha: While consulting, I realized that many aspiring entrepreneurs lacked the technical skills and training to grow their businesses. That’s when I created GoQuest Academy as a subsidiary of GoQuest Consulting Services. The Academy trains entrepreneurs, business leaders, and women in leadership on skills they need not only for business growth but also for personal development. It’s about creating well-rounded, fulfilled individuals.

Q: What kind of impact are you creating in your community?
Tabitha: I work with a team of volunteers because the vision is bigger than what I can achieve alone. We recently launched a project to train more than 1,500 young people in digital skills in my community. Many of them go on to volunteer with us, which helps the mission grow. For me, empowerment is not just about teaching—it’s about creating a platform where people can use their skills, gain experience, and also find ways to monetize their knowledge.

Q: What upcoming projects are you most excited about?
Tabitha: We’re working on several initiatives. One is the launch of a Leadership Academy to train people who want to grow as leaders while giving them practical opportunities to use those skills. Another is our AI Academy, which will focus on software development and artificial intelligence for young innovators. Alongside this, we’re continuing our work with GoQuest Youth Initiative, which nurtures entrepreneurship from the idea stage. It’s an ongoing journey of growth, learning, and adapting.

Q: What message would you like to share with women and aspiring entrepreneurs in our community?
Tabitha: My message is simple—don’t settle for a life that feels unfulfilling. You deserve to do work that excites you and makes you happy, not just work that pays the bills. When you discover your purpose and pursue it with dedication, everything else falls into place.

“Fulfillment is not just about making money—it’s about aligning your passion, purpose, and skills to create a life that brings you joy.” – Tabitha Ngozi
