Could you elaborate on the nature of your business, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
I help small business owners, leaders and those wanting to create something special, do so without sacrificing themselves in the process. The 3 pillars of my work are – Self Discovery, Self Worth and Authenticity. I work to reveal the true foundations within people to then build up in the right way.
Would you like to share any remarkable achievements?
I won the Great British Business Women Awards last year in the ‘Rising Star’ category, I was a finalist for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards ‘Purpose Entrepreneur’, I am a director of a charity for neurodiverse children, and I get to do what I love every day and be a great mum and partner.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women are starting to understand their power, it is great and inspiring to witness this.
What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Find out who you are at the very beginning and continue to do so throughout your career, that way you can make the right decisions and spend less time in situations that aren’t aligned.
