Tell us about your life before the venture/leading up to your venture?
I do believe your struggles are your victories. I came from a broken home, with no family structure. I was rejected by my father and my mother was an alcoholic. In my early childhood until leaving home at 16 years old, my presence encapsulated frustration and rejection.
In these years, I was subjected to molestation, mental abuse, and abandonment. As a broken young adult, my decisions going forward were inconsistent and based on the areas I lacked, such as love. I fell pregnant and got married at 20, which lasted 9 years. Life was always about sacrificing or compromising for the happiness that I yearned for.
My decisions going forward were all wrong. I had no purpose nor any value. Desperate for direction, I led myself into the arms of our Father. This journey I signed up for created an identity for me for the first time. I was learning about the value I held and the purpose that was on my life.
It has been a very long walk to victory, but one that I am so grateful for. It has created such an awareness of my life and the impact I am called to have on others. I have learnt so much about myself and others. I have walked a path of righteousness and faith, leading me to forgiveness and victory.
It is through my hardship that God has created a passion and love for seeing women thrive, overcome, and stand tall. To step into the foreground of society and be who they are called to be. A Paragon Woman – a perfect example of a particular quality.
Tell us something about your organization. What is it about and how is it helpful for people?
Paragon Women was created to redeem the broken, rejected, or socially imprinted woman to be the strong, overpowering, resilient woman God created for His purpose.
To be a perfect example of a particular quality – stamped and approved by our Maker Himself. To be the powerhouse that impacts, changes, and builds up the generations. To lead alongside her husband as the pillar of strength she has been called to be.
To exude beauty and strength in her countenance, “The apple of God’s eye.”
What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture? (Please talk about your recognitions/achievements here)
There has been a keen interest and intrigue in what Paragon stands for and what I offer. However, many women still hide behind their fears, which I believe God will give them the strength to overcome and reach out.
I have had the privilege to be interviewed by “Eat My News” – 2024.
I was approached by “We Hold a Hand” to partner up with them – 2024.
ABSA Women in Business invited me to be a speaker – 2024.
How has your life changed because of your venture?
The impact I have on women today creates a different perspective toward my pain and the challenges I faced. I see my past as intensive training rather than a label that I used to wear for years.
I have been set free from my past because of the breakthrough and accomplishment women find through me.
What are you working on right now?
I would like to reach more young adults, teens, and pre-teens to educate them on individualism, identification, and self-accomplishment.
Give a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.
Who you are, there is no one like you. You hold uniqueness and personal identity. What you hold within you is required by all, as God has created you that way.
Don’t allow yourself to be suppressed or excluded in any way. No one has that right to silence what God has created.
