Paula, who are the people you typically work with?
I mostly work with people who want to trust life more. That’s a pretty broad statement, but generally, it includes those struggling with trauma, anxiety, or simply wanting to move into a life of more flow and ease. I help them start that journey.
How do these individuals usually find you?
Predominantly through referrals—people who’ve worked with me personally often recommend others. I also host several events through Meetup and partner with a global spiritual community called Awkwardly Zen, which has over 27,000 members. That platform has helped people discover my work as well.
So referrals seem to be a big part of your growth?
Yes, absolutely. Referrals bring in clients who already carry a sense of trust, which makes the process so much more powerful and aligned.
What’s one of the biggest challenges you face in your business?
Time management. There are days when demand is high—I’m working with many clients, planning events, and now promoting my book. I also love hosting live and group sessions, so balancing all these different paths is an ongoing challenge.
Speaking of your book, tell us about your goals this year.
I recently completed my first book, and I hope it opens doors for more speaking engagements and retreats. My short-term goals are to launch the book successfully, do more public speaking—especially paid ones—and host meaningful retreats globally.
Lastly, what is one message you’d love to give to women reading this?
Love and honor all that you are, no matter where you are in life. When you can believe that you are good enough and your light matters, it naturally creates a positive impact—for yourself, other women, and souls across the world.
“When you truly believe in your worth and light, it expands—transforming not just your own life but the lives of others around you.” — Paula Robbins
