What sparked your journey as a coach/entrepreneur? Was there a moment, challenge, or person that pushed you to take this path?
My coaching journey began from a desire to support people who felt unseen and unheard, facing executive challenges similar to my own.
I have been coaching individuals with ADHD since 2003 worldwide.

Tell us a bit about what you do! What’s the purpose behind your business, and how does it make a difference in people’s lives?
I am a coach, mentor, psychologist.
I coach people with ADHD to maximise happiness, confidence and performance.
I am well known for my unique ability to transform lives through holistic and neuroscience-based coaching specifically designed for neuro-diverse people. My empowering and strengths-based approach leverages proven models of change and is culturally responsive for a far-reaching impact on all areas of life.
My aim is to impact neuro-distinct people in every continent so that they can go ahead and lead happier and more fulfilling lives with more mindfulness, confidence, and intention.
And as a result of this work, I want to see a world with reduced inequalities, good mental health and world-class coaching for everyone, irrespective of geographical location, cultural background or diagnosis.

Thinking back to the start of your career, what were some of the biggest challenges you faced in establishing yourself as a coach/entrepreneur? How did you work through them?
One of the biggest challenges was unlearning the idea that I had to be everything for everyone to be worthy of success. In the beginning, I overgave, overworked, and undervalued myself—because deep down, I still believed I had to earn my place. I also struggled with visibility. Sharing my voice felt vulnerable, especially coming from a past where I’d been conditioned to stay quiet to survive.
What changed everything was doing the inner work—therapy, nervous system healing, and surrounding myself with people who saw me clearly. I stopped performing and started aligning. The moment I gave myself full permission to show up as me, everything shifted.

Is there a milestone or achievement you’re really proud of that you’d like to share?
In 2024 I was recognised as the Most Supportive ADHD and Executive Function Coach by the Business Elite Awards. In 2023 I was awarded as the Best Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership Development Training by Business Awards UK and in 2021 I was selected at the 500 Global Brainz awards as one of the top leaders recognised for their success, achievements and dedication to helping others.

Women are making big moves in workplaces around the world, leading alongside their male counterparts. What are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
Leadership today demands heart, honesty, and boldness. And women today are leading with a different kind of power—one rooted in emotional intelligence, vision and vulnerability.

What advice would you give to future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
My advice is to stop waiting to feel ‘ready’ or ‘qualified enough.’ You don’t need permission to lead—you just need clarity, courage, and community.
Leadership is about being radically honest, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful — all things women are naturally wired for.
Embrace your unique brain and story. It’s your edge. And finally, get mentors who speak life into you. Entrepreneurship can feel lonely at times but it does not have to be isolating.
