Jessica on Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Coaching, Women Empowerment, Growth Systems and Social Impact

Jessica Hopkins

What happens when a business is born not from a market gap, but from a deeply personal need for clarity?

For Jessica, entrepreneurship began with lived experience. In 2024, she started developing URNA—“You Are Not Alone”—and officially launched the initiative in 2025 to educate communities about harmful relationship dynamics and emotional abuse. Today, she balances a demanding full-time job with coaching, content creation, speaking opportunities, and writing.

Her journey reflects a growing reality for modern entrepreneurs: meaningful business growth is not always about doing more. Sometimes, it begins with creating systems that make meaningful work possible.

Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Social Impact With Purpose

Jessica describes herself as a solopreneur who built her website, podcast, and educational content independently. Her mission is rooted in awareness and support, particularly for women navigating difficult experiences.

“I love educating,” she explains, while describing how coaching and her business fit alongside her full-time career.

That clarity of purpose has shaped her approach to entrepreneurship. Rather than separating social impact from business, Jessica has built her work around education, empowerment, and helping people recognize what they are experiencing.

Growth Systems and Small Business Leadership

For many entrepreneurs in 2026, growth brings challenges around time, delegation, team accountability, messaging clarity, client acquisition, and scalable systems. Jessica’s experience offers a different perspective: systems can begin before a team exists.

“I just set an agenda for myself, and I stick to it,” she says, explaining how she dedicates specific days to projects such as writing and content development. She emphasizes that “setting up systems is very important” for consistency.

Her approach demonstrates that leadership development is not limited to managing employees. It also means learning to manage your own time, priorities, and execution.

Women Empowerment Through Clarity and Coaching

Jessica recently published The Princess Who Chooses Herself, a self-published book inspired by her own story. She is also developing a second book based on her POWER framework: Presence, Ownership, Worth, Empowerment, and Reclamation—a curriculum designed to support women.

At the heart of her philosophy is one idea: “clarity changes everything.”

For Jessica, awareness creates clarity; clarity creates alignment; and alignment can create joy.

Execution Tip

Choose one growth priority and schedule it. Instead of waiting for free time, block a specific day and time for one important business activity—content, speaking outreach, writing, or client acquisition—and protect that time consistently.

Jessica’s story shows that sustainable entrepreneurship can begin with simple systems, strong self-leadership, and clarity of purpose.

Humans of Fuzia brings these conversations to the intersection of leadership, coaching, women empowerment, entrepreneurship, and socially conscious business—helping entrepreneurs and coaches learn from real journeys, practical growth systems, and lived leadership experiences.
