If your business could have a mascot, what would it be and why?
A wise but stylish owl in designer glasses, holding a planner in one claw and a glass of wine in the other. She’s calm, observant, and a little sassy — always guiding women back to their power, reminding them they’re capable of creating wealth their way.
What strategies do you employ to maintain a healthy work-life balance while running your own business?
I treat self-care like it’s part of my job, because it is. Regular workouts, walking outside, and scheduled time off are non-negotiables. I also build in time to journal, meditate, and plan my weeks and months ahead, so I can run my business with intention, not urgency. Creating space for rest and reflection helps me show up more powerfully for my clients and myself.
When faced with unexpected detours on your business path, how do you pivot with grace and resilience, showing fellow women entrepreneurs the way forward?
I give myself permission to feel the feels, but I don’t unpack and stay there. I reconnect with my why, get curious about what the detour is here to teach me, and remind myself that pivots are part of the process. When I share those real moments (the messy and the magical), it shows other women that resilience isn’t about perfection — it’s about trust, flexibility, and self-compassion.
How do you measure the success of your business beyond financial metrics, such as customer satisfaction or community engagement?
For me, success is hearing a client say, “I finally feel at peace with my money,” or watching someone make a bold life decision, like leaving a toxic job, because their finances are no longer holding them back. It’s in the breakthroughs, the confidence, and the freedom my clients gain. That transformation is everything.
Can you share a memorable moment where you witnessed significant growth or transformation in your business, illustrating the impact of your services/products?
One of my clients came to me overwhelmed and paralyzed by her finances. She had a very successful career, made six figures but felt like she had nothing to show for it. After just a few sessions, she went from avoiding her bank account to confidently managing her budget, building savings, and setting boundaries in her life and career. Watching her claim her power and take bold, aligned steps was a full-circle moment and a reminder of why I do this work.
What role do you believe mentorship plays in the success of small businesses, and how have mentors influenced your own entrepreneurial journey?
Mentorship is so important! It’s the difference between feeling stuck and feeling supported. My mentors helped me stretch my vision, navigate tough decisions, and believe in what’s possible, even when things felt uncertain. I aim to be that grounded, honest support for my clients and community because we don’t have to figure it all out alone.
What’s your work all about, and how does it make a difference in the world?
My work is about helping women feel powerful with money because when women are financially secure, they show up differently in the world. They leave the jobs, start the businesses, invest in their futures, and build lives that reflect who they really are. I believe financial freedom is a tool for collective change, and I’m here to help more women access it on their terms.
