Empowering Women Through Clarity and Confidence: An Interview with Rosie Noel

Rosie Noel

Rosie Noel is a clarity coach dedicated to helping women step into their strengths, lead with confidence, and navigate pivotal moments in their careers and lives. With over 15 years of experience in corporate consulting, coaching, and talent development—most recently as a VP in a 10,000-employee company—she has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of women embracing their strengths and trusting themselves. Her work focuses on helping women gain clarity, build confidence, and create success on their own terms.

Tell us about your life before the venture/leading up to your venture.
For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a teacher. I started out studying early childhood special education, then transitioned into high school math education, and eventually built a career in the math and strategy world—first as an actuary, then as a strategic consultant. I was good at it, I was paid well for it, and it checked a lot of the traditional “success” boxes. But I found it to be deeply unfulfilling.

I knew there had to be more to work than just being good at something. That’s when I discovered coaching—and for the first time, I found work that I loved. It aligned with my natural strengths, my desire to help others grow, and my deep belief that people thrive when they’re seen and supported. I started coaching within my corporate role, guiding leaders and teams, and saw firsthand how powerful it was when people understood their strengths and used them intentionally.

But even though I had finally found the work that I loved, I realized I wasn’t in an environment that aligned with how I wanted to work. The corporate structure no longer felt like the right fit—it wasn’t allowing me to fully support and uplift people in the way I knew I could. My work wasn’t always valued the way I believed it should be. I had outgrown the space I was in.

So I made the leap. I left the corporate world and created my own business—one where I could fully step into my strengths, support people in the ways they truly needed, and work with women who are ready to show up as the best versions of themselves. Now, I get to help women build confidence, make aligned decisions, and create success on their terms—just as I finally did for myself.

Tell us something about your organization. What is it about, and how is it helpful for people?
I help women get clear on what they’re great at, what matters most to them, and how to build a career or business that feels fulfilling. My coaching is all about helping women step into their strengths, trust themselves, and create success on their terms, whether that means growing in their careers, starting a business, or making decisions with confidence and clarity.

Through my coaching programs, workshops, and resources, I provide the tools and guidance to help women move past self-doubt, take action toward their goals, and create a work-life path that reflects their values. When women align their strengths with what truly matters to them, everything becomes clearer. That can mean defining the next step in their career, building a business that fits their life, or finding a way to work that feels energizing and sustainable.

Ultimately, my goal is to help women stop trying to fit into boxes that weren’t designed for them and instead build a path that aligns with who they are, what they want, and how they work best.

What has been the response of the consumers towards your venture? (Please talk about your recognitions/achievements here)
The response has been incredible. I’ve worked with ambitious women at all stages of their careers and businesses who were feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or needed support moving into their next step. Through our work together, they’ve gained clarity, made confident decisions, and built careers and businesses that truly align with their strengths and values.

Many of my clients have stepped into leadership roles, grown their businesses in ways that feel sustainable, and finally felt a sense of alignment in their work. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with companies like Canon, Refinery29, Groupon, and Boeing, as well as supporting women entrepreneurs in building businesses that reflect who they are and how they want to show up.

Much of my business has grown through referrals, and I’m grateful to have helped so many women achieve the transformation they desired. What means the most to me is seeing women gain the clarity and confidence to make decisions that truly align with who they are and what they want.

How has your life changed because of your venture?
Starting my own business has been one of the most empowering decisions I’ve ever made. For years, I followed the “expected” path, building a career that looked successful on the outside but felt misaligned on the inside. I knew I was capable of more—I just wasn’t sure what that “more” looked like.

Building this business has allowed me to step fully into my strengths, create work that is both impactful and fulfilling, and support other women in doing the same. It has also given me the flexibility to design a career that fits my life, not the other way around.

Most importantly, it has reinforced what I tell my clients every day: success isn’t about doing more, pushing harder, or following someone else’s path. It’s about aligning with what energizes you, making intentional choices, and trusting yourself enough to take the next step.

What are you working on right now?
Right now, I’m building a women’s group coaching cohort designed for women in periods of transition. Whether they’re in the early stages of stepping out of something that no longer serves them, in the middle of uncertainty before stepping into what’s next, or adjusting to the challenges that come with a new chapter.

This group will be a space for reflection, clarity, and aligned action. Transitions can feel overwhelming, but they also hold so much potential. My goal is to create a supportive community where women can navigate these pivotal moments with confidence, clarity, and a sense of ownership over what comes next.

In the meantime, my free Facebook group, Zone of Genius, is a great space for women who want to explore their strengths, values, and next steps in a supportive community.

Give a motivational message for the audience/women who are reading this.
You don’t have to work harder to prove yourself, and you don’t need permission to create the career or business you actually want. The strengths, talents, and experiences you already have are enough—you just need to trust them.

Success doesn’t come from fitting into someone else’s version of it. It comes from knowing who you are, what matters most to you, and making decisions that align with that. Whether you’re growing in your career, building a business, or figuring out what’s next, you are capable of more than you realize.

Trust yourself. Take the next step. You already have everything you need.
