Could you briefly introduce yourselfs?
I’m Izabella Rohacsek, a full-time mum and dedicated transformational coach deeply passionate about helping other mums rediscover their spark. I know how easy it is to feel lost in the endless demands of motherhood, often putting your dreams and purpose on hold. That’s why I created my coaching practice, to guide mums out of the cycle of overwhelm, self-doubt, and mental fog, that often clouds our lives. I help mums break through limiting beliefs, regain clarity, and build a purposeful path that aligns with their values.
Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
From early on, I was deeply passionate about dance, travel, writing, and reading. Through these interests, I discovered my strong appreciation for connection. As I traveled, I met people who inspired me, leading to meaningful, often spiritual conversations. Each encounter left an impression. In my early adulthood, I focused on spirituality, which shifted profoundly when I worked with a psychologist to deepen my understanding and begin the healing process. Alongside this, I read extensively to understand the complexities of the human mind and why we act the way we do. Reflecting back, I see this as the beginning of my journey.
I was working in an office when COVID hit, and I lost my job. This turned out to be a major turning point in my life. Shortly after, I gave birth to my now 2-year-old daughter, and my priorities completely shifted. I began to reevaluate my life. I felt lost, lonely, and isolated, without any support, and I believe many mums can relate to this. One part of me was deeply fulfilled by motherhood, yet another part felt an undeniable need to live more purposefully. Eventually, I discovered coaching. Initially, I studied it to help myself, but I quickly realized that I couldn’t be the only one feeling this way. I knew how painful and challenging the journey was without support, and I felt compelled to share what I’d learned with other mothers. Becoming a transformational coach for mums has allowed me to empower others to find their own path and purpose, just as I found mine.
Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/ business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
I’m a dedicated advocate for mums, believing wholeheartedly in our vital role. We’re the ones who hold our families together and contribute to society by raising the next generation, yet I can’t help but feel we’re often overlooked in significant ways. We’re told that motherhood is about sacrifice, but we’re rarely shown how to balance it. From personal experience, I’ve been told countless times, “Don’t worry, everything will be fine.”
My mission is to help mothers figure out how things will be fine. There’s a lot of stigma around motherhood, and mums often feel guilt when they speak up about feeling unfulfilled, as if voicing these challenges means regretting motherhood. My work is to change that perception and help mums find balance, reconnecting with themselves as women, not just mothers. I offer a supportive space where mums can rediscover their inner strength, gain clarity, and build a life that aligns with their deepest values.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/ achievements here)
The response to my mission and message has been overwhelmingly positive. Mothers have reached out to share how deeply they resonate with the journey I described. This encouragement drives me to continue putting my message out there and expanding my reach to support more mums. I have three certifications, including NLP, and these techniques help people reshape their thinking and habits. My approach has been shaped by both my formal training and my personal journey.
Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.
My biggest supporter and inspiration is, without a doubt, my daughter. She’s the reason I embarked on this journey to help other mums. I’m grateful for my close circle of friends and family who stand by me. Knowing that my daughter is watching and learning from me every day gives me the drive to keep pushing forward and make a positive impact on the lives of other mothers.
As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
As a woman entrepreneur, I hope to see more support and genuine opportunities for mothers and women. The world truly becomes a better place when individuals live aligned with their values, goals, and inner desires rather than societal expectations. Too often, society and social media emphasize outward success, but the real transformation happens when we learn to live from within. One of my biggest goals is to normalize seeking support for navigating life’s new stages, such as motherhood. My vision is to build a space where mothers feel empowered to grow without guilt or stigma around asking for help. Eventually, I hope to create retreats that allow mums to recharge, reconnect with themselves, and feel inspired. For now, I’m focused on expanding my coaching practice and sharing this message with as many mums as possible.
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
I believe that real progress in women’s leadership happens when we support each other, not compete. When women lift each other up, we create a culture of shared success and resilience. Leadership is stronger and more meaningful when we choose to rise together.
