I’ve always believed that success isn’t just about skills—it’s about attitude. Early in my career, I saw how businesses thrive when they invest in people who are committed to delivering results and willing to go above and beyond. That inspired me to build companies like VND Global, where culture comes first. I wanted to create an environment where talent is recognized, ownership is encouraged, and people who step up are rewarded with real opportunities to grow and lead.
Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
One of my biggest challenges was finding people who shared my commitment to doing whatever it takes to achieve results. Building a team with the right attitude took time, but I learned to focus on hiring people who align with the company’s values. At VND Global, we aim to empower people to own their roles, deliver results, and grow through performance. I overcame challenges by creating a culture that rewards the right mindset—one where people are inspired to prove themselves and take the company to new heights.
