What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur? Were there any specific events, challenges, or people that motivated you to take this path?
My journey as a coach and entrepreneur was inspired by personal experiences, challenges, and pivotal moments that revealed my true calling.

Early in my life, I struggled with questions of identity and purpose, made more difficult by emotional and physical challenges. But these struggles also taught me resilience and the value of self-discovery. While thriving in a 30-year corporate career, I often witnessed talented individuals trapped in cycles of stress, overwork, and misalignment with their passions. These observations planted the seed of wanting to help people connect with their authentic selves and build lives of fulfillment.

A turning point came when I invested heavily in course after course, trying to learn how to run a successful coaching business. While the content was often insightful, I kept finding gaps in the implementation—critical steps were missing, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and unsupported. That’s when it hit me: I could bridge this gap for others. I realized I could help coaches build profitable businesses by teaching them key strategies, showing them how to implement those techniques, and doing the work alongside them when needed. This hands-on approach became the foundation of my mission to empower coaches with the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to thrive.

The final catalyst was my search for alignment. While I had achieved professional success, I wanted more than just a career—I wanted to create impact, live authentically, and help others do the same. Becoming a certified Heroic High-Performance Coach solidified my ability to realize this vision.

Every client I work with today reminds me why I took this path. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see people transform their lives and businesses, knowing I played a part in helping them unlock their potential.

Looking back at the beginning of your career, what were the major challenges you faced when establishing yourself as a leader/coach? How did you overcome those obstacles?
Like many coaches, I started believing that I could help everyone. This left my messaging unfocused and my offers unclear. I learned that trying to appeal to everyone meant I connected deeply with no one. By reflecting on my unique strengths and experiences, I defined a specific niche: helping coaches and entrepreneurs build profitable, purpose-driven businesses. Once I focused my efforts, I attracted clients who truly aligned with my vision.

Overcoming Self-Doubt:
Most coaches face imposter syndrome. I questioned whether I was “enough” to guide others, even with decades of corporate experience. Sound familiar? I discovered the key to overcoming this was leaning on evidence: my clients’ successes. Each result I helped them achieve reinforced my confidence and showed me that my skills mattered. Building a network of mentors and peers who encouraged me made a huge difference.

Too Much Information, Not Enough Action:
Many coaches feel overwhelmed by the sea of courses and strategies promising success. I was no different—until I realized the real issue wasn’t the lack of knowledge but the lack of actionable steps. That’s when I shifted my approach to focus on simple, step-by-step strategies for my business and clients. This clarity turned overwhelm into progress and became the cornerstone of my programs.

If you’re facing these challenges, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I’ve turned those obstacles into opportunities. You can, too—with the right clarity, support, and action steps. What’s your biggest struggle right now? Drop it in the comments or message me—I’d love to help!

Women are a growing force in workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women are not just participating in leadership today—they are transforming it. Across industries, women leaders demonstrate the value of empathy, collaboration, and resilience, bringing fresh perspectives to problem-solving and decision-making. This shift is redefining what leadership looks like and proving that diversity at the top leads to more substantial teams, more innovative solutions, and better business outcomes.

However, despite the progress, challenges remain. Women often face systemic biases, limited access to mentorship, and the need to balance career ambitions with societal expectations. That’s why initiatives that support women’s leadership, such as mentorship programs and inclusive workplaces, are critical to leveling the playing field.

Personally, I believe women leaders today embody a unique strength: the ability to lead authentically while navigating these challenges. They inspire through their achievements and pave the way for others. By fostering environments where women can thrive, we unlock the workforce’s full potential, creating workplaces that are more innovative, inclusive, and equitable for everyone.

What message/advice would you have for future women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs?
My message to all future women leaders and aspiring coaches is this: believe in yourself and your vision. The world needs your unique perspective, strength, and resilience. Leadership isn’t about waiting for permission or the “perfect time”—it’s about stepping into your power and taking bold action.

The future is yours to shape. Believe, act, and lead boldly—you are unstoppable. 💪✨
