Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
Before starting my coaching business, I worked as a medical doctor. My journey took a powerful turn when I became a single mother to a child with a rare genetic condition. Navigating hospitals, therapies, and emotional exhaustion pushed me to explore deeper healing tools — not just for my child, but for myself. This path led me to life coaching and positive discipline. What began as a survival journey became a mission to support and empower other women facing similar challenges.
Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
I run a coaching and educational initiative that supports caregivers—especially mothers of children with special needs—by helping them prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. My work combines medical knowledge, life coaching tools, and positive discipline techniques to provide practical, compassionate support. I offer one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and workshops, both in person and online. As a Core Dynamic Wellbeing Specialist and ELI Assessment Practitioner, I use powerful tools to help individuals understand their energy, mindset, and patterns of behavior—so they can lead with more clarity, confidence, and balance. My mission is to help women care for others without losing themselves.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/achievements here)
The response has been deeply encouraging. Many of the women I work with describe our sessions as life-changing — helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered for the first time in years. My workshops often lead to emotional breakthroughs, and my group coaching circles create a strong sense of community and support. I’ve been invited to speak at regional conferences on mental health and special needs parenting, and I was honored to join international initiatives that support caregiver wellbeing. Each recognition fuels my commitment to continue creating impact, one empowered woman at a time.
Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.
My biggest supporters are my children. My son, who has special needs, has been my greatest teacher. His journey inspired me to shift my career and dedicate my life to supporting other caregivers. His strength and spirit gave my life a deeper meaning and purpose. At the same time, my daughter has been a constant source of encouragement — her belief in me, her emotional intelligence, and her quiet strength inspired me to step fully into my role as a coach. Together, they remind me every day why I do what I do.
My sisters and my mother have played a great role to support me.
As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
As a woman entrepreneur, I hope to see a world where caregiving is recognized, respected, and supported — not just emotionally, but structurally. I want to see more spaces that empower women to prioritize their well-being without guilt, and more opportunities for mothers, especially those raising children with special needs, to thrive personally and professionally. I’m seeking opportunities to collaborate with organizations that share this vision, expand my impact through speaking, training, and coaching programs, and create sustainable systems of support that uplift women in every stage of their journey.
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
Women’s leadership today is more dynamic and powerful than ever. Women are breaking barriers, shattering glass ceilings, and leading with empathy, vision, and resilience. It’s inspiring to witness women not only in top executive positions but also as leaders in communities, businesses, and social movements. However, while progress has been made, we still need to focus on creating inclusive environments where women are equally supported, heard, and valued. Leadership isn’t just about titles—it’s about influence, impact, and empowering others to rise, and women today are doing that beautifully.
