Cayleigh Hanson: Helping women reclaim health, confidence, and freedom through holistic wellness and business mentorship

Cayleigh Hanson

Meet Cayleigh Hanson, a former corporate leader turned health and business mentor. After building a successful career as a travel nurse recruiter and sales team manager, Cayleigh reached a breaking point when she became a mother. Burnt out and yearning for more time with her son, she left corporate America behind and stepped into entrepreneurship.

Today, she partners with a Japanese health company that transforms hydration through medical-grade water, while also coaching women on health, mindset, and business. Cayleigh’s mission is to empower women—especially moms—to prioritize their well-being, build confidence, and create opportunities that allow them to thrive beyond the corporate grind.

At Humans of Fuzia, we are proud to feature Cayleigh because her journey reflects courage, transformation, and the power of women creating new paths for themselves and their families.

Q: Cayleigh, can you share what led you from the corporate world into health and mentorship?
I spent years as a travel nurse recruiter and climbed the corporate ladder into management. I loved my job, but I was burnt out. Then I became a mom—and everything changed. I lost my identity, felt like I was just going through the motions, and realized I didn’t want to spend my days away from my little one.

That’s when I discovered a Japanese health company focused on transforming hydration. Health has always been a passion of mine since I was 15, and this work aligned perfectly. It opened the door for me to not only care about health in a deeper way, but also to help women find their voices, care for themselves, and explore opportunities beyond what they thought possible.

Q: What exactly do you help people with now?
I focus on two areas: health and business mentorship.

  • On the health side, I guide people to create healthier lifestyles using medical-grade water that hydrates at a cellular level, reduces inflammation, and helps the body absorb nutrients more effectively. It’s about sustainable wellness and even reducing plastic waste for a healthier planet.
  • On the business side, I mentor mostly women (and some men) who want to step out of being “stuck.” I help them with mindset, confidence, and business skills so they can create opportunities that fit their lives, rather than being trapped in a cycle of burnout.

For me, it’s about breaking generational gaps, fighting for the future of our kids, and proving that moms—and women in general—are meant for more.

Q: How do you usually work with clients?
Much of my work is online, supported by a step-by-step blueprint that even beginners can follow. I also bring in my background in sales and leadership to help others go further.

At the same time, I love in-person connection. In my community here in the Midwest, I host wellness talks, presentations, and networking events, so more people can learn face-to-face.

Q: How do people usually find you?
Instagram has been my biggest platform. You can find me at @itskayleighnicole, where I share about health, wellness, mindset, and opportunities. I also have a landing page and website where people can connect with me directly.

Q: What are your aspirations for the next couple of years?
I recently did a manifestation exercise with my team, picturing where I want to be in July 2026. My goals include:

  • Growing my visibility so people in my community and beyond recognize what I do.
  • Hosting more wellness talks and presentations.
  • Retiring my husband from his corporate job so we can follow our little boy and travel the world together.
  • Expanding my team, mentoring more women, and helping them gain the confidence they need to succeed.

Ultimately, I want to keep proving that health is the foundation of everything. You can have all the money in the world, but without health, it means very little.

Q: What challenges have you faced in your entrepreneurial journey?
The biggest challenge is being taken seriously. I’ve spoken about health and holistic living for years, but many people only listen once it shows up on the news. Sometimes people dismiss me because I’m “just a girl doing her thing.”

Another challenge is building trust online. There are so many scams out there that people hesitate to believe in something new, even when it’s genuine. That’s why in-person networking and organic relationships are so important to me.

I’m still fairly new in this space, but I’m proud of the strong foundation I’ve built. And I remind women every day: Nothing changes if nothing changes. It’s never too late to start over.

Energy is your business card. Confidence and health are everything—and when you have those, you can create the life you want. Don’t be afraid to start over. Moms, women—we are capable of more than we realize.
