Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
I’ve learned so many valuable lessons along the way. Before starting Borderlex, I never imagined myself running a business—I believed entrepreneurship was only for those with formal training. But as I leaned into the vision God gave me, I realized it was bigger than me. To bring it to life, I needed to build structure—and more importantly, invite others who would buy into and carry this vision with me. That realization led me to start my business, and so far, building that structure has been one of the most powerful and rewarding steps on this journey.

Yes, Borderlex Coaching Company—a transformational coaching firm dedicated to helping individuals break free from limiting beliefs and step into their full potential. At Borderlex, we believe that everyone carries a unique genius within. Through our personalized frameworks and powerful coaching tools, we guide people on a journey from self-doubt to self-mastery. Our mission is to empower lives by transforming mindsets so individuals can lead with confidence, live purposefully, and create lasting impact in their personal and professional lives.

So far, the response to our work at Borderlex Coaching Company has been truly encouraging. Many of our clients have shared how our products and coaching programs have empowered them to break through mental barriers and step into a more confident version of themselves. What sets us apart is our ability to customize each coaching experience to meet the specific needs of our community. That level of personalization has been deeply transformative, and it’s a constant reminder that we’re solving real, meaningful problems. The impact we’re making continues to affirm the purpose behind our work.

My biggest supporters have been God, my family, my partner, and my friends. Their presence in my life has been nothing short of a blessing. God has been my constant source of wisdom and strength, guiding me through every high and low. My family and partner have stood by me through thick and thin, offering encouragement, love, and belief in moments when I doubted myself. My friends have been incredible cheerleaders, reminding me of who I am and what I’m capable of. Their belief in me often gives me the strength and motivation to keep moving forward and continue pursuing the vision in my heart. I truly couldn’t ask for a better support system.
As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
As a woman entrepreneur, I want to see a world where more women are empowered to lead boldly, dream freely, and break through every barrier that once seemed impossible. I want to see more inclusive spaces where women’s voices, ideas, and innovations are not just heard but celebrated and invested in. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for women to rise into leadership, own their narratives, and build impactful businesses that transform lives. I’m passionate about seeing more women step into spaces that have traditionally been male-dominated. I hope that, in the future, women will not only occupy these spaces but will also break down the myths surrounding leadership.
I envision a world where women in positions of power can express themselves freely without fear of being dismissed or undervalued by their male counterparts. We must create environments where women are empowered to lead authentically and where their voices are celebrated as equally powerful and influential as anyone else’s.
Personally, I’m seeking opportunities to collaborate globally, scale my impact through technology and education, and create platforms that equip the next generation of visionary women to thrive.
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
Women today have the power to become some of the most impactful leaders within their organizations and beyond. It’s more important than ever that we see women standing at the forefront of leadership, breaking down barriers and shattering glass ceilings. These trailblazers not only inspire change within their industries but also offer hope to young girls everywhere. They show that it’s possible to aim higher, to lead boldly, and to refuse to settle for an average life dictated by society’s expectations. Their leadership creates a ripple effect, empowering future generations to dream bigger and lead with confidence.
