Anna, what sparked your journey into leadership coaching?
I spent over 15 years working as a marketing specialist and running my own agency. But eventually, burnout caught up with me. I realized my life revolved around work, and I didn’t have space for anything else. That’s when I began studying psychotherapy and coaching—not to build a career initially, but to help myself heal. When people around me noticed the changes in me, they started asking for tips. That’s how I transitioned into coaching, with certifications from the USA, Bahrain, and beyond. It all started with a need to find balance, believe in myself, and see life beyond just work.
What were the biggest challenges when you started coaching?
The hardest part was learning to hold back my own ideas. As a coach, you often see the solution because you’ve walked a similar path. But coaching isn’t about handing out answers—it’s about guiding people to find their own. Resisting the urge to “save” my clients and instead empowering them to discover their strength was my biggest challenge, but also the most rewarding.
Could you share a few proud moments from your work?
There are so many, but three stand out. One client increased her salary four times after our work together, moving from Israel back to Ukraine with renewed confidence. Another, after maternity leave, decided not to return to her old job—she became an entrepreneur, built a successful business, and found time for her child. And one client, a restaurant hostess in the U.S., pursued her dream of working in IT. She sent 370 job applications, had over 60 interviews, and received five offers. That kind of resilience and transformation is incredible to witness.
Do you work solo, or do you have a team supporting you?
I love my work as a leadership coach, international speaker, and workshop facilitator, but I also value balance. So, I have a small team—a personal assistant who handles travel and logistics, and a specialist who manages my Instagram. Plus, I use AI tools to stay efficient. Delegating the routine work allows me to focus on inspiring and supporting others.
What are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
I believe in women deeply. I’ve worked with women who’ve faced abuse, harassment, and still found the strength to build careers and businesses. I’m currently based in Kent, where I lead workshops on leadership, project management, and entrepreneurship, helping women believe in themselves. Women can change the world, bring peace, and lead with empathy. My mission is to help them find their self-confidence—their “crown”—because powerful women lift each other up.
What advice would you give to future women leaders?
You have one life, one opportunity—don’t hesitate to take it. If self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or fear holds you back, seek help from a coach or therapist. Life is full of opportunities, but you need to keep showing up for them. I always tell my clients to imagine 100 balls in a box—three of them unlock life-changing opportunities. Some people get them early, others later, but you must keep trying. Believe in yourself and never stop exploring possibilities.
What is your idea of success, both personally and professionally?
For me, success is balance. When you can work, travel, exercise, spend time with family, and still pursue your purpose—that’s success. It’s about waking up with gratitude, ready to embrace the day and change the world, even in small ways. To be healthy, wealthy, fulfilled, and in harmony with yourself—that’s my formula for success.
“Help other women find their crown again. Believe in yourself, and together, we’ll change the world.”
