If your business could have a mascot, what would it be and why?
A lifebuoy – to help people who feel overwhelmed with their Luxembourgish learning journey and who are seeking for professional assistance to reach their goal eventually
What strategies do you employ to maintain a healthy work-life balance while running your own business?
I keep 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours lunch time just for myself and after 19h00 is family time. On top of that I don’t teach on Fridays. That’s my flexible day.
When faced with unexpected detours on your business path, how do you pivot with grace and resilience, showing fellow women entrepreneurs the way forward?
One problem – 2 solutions: that is my motto. I first consider the issue, take time to overthink it. If necessary take advice from an experienced person or member of my tean and then take action to solve it in the best possible way by staying confident.
How do you measure the success of your business beyond financial metrics, such as customer satisfaction or community engagement?
By receiving 5 star feedback from my customer on my Google Business Page or by receiving positive feedback from my customer directly via email and also by knowing that new clients reach out to me because they heard positive feedback about my courses and my team from friends or colleagues. And also by seeing the increasing number of followers and comments on social media.
Can you share a memorable moment where you witnessed significant growth or transformation in your business, illustrating the impact of your services/products?
Yes, that was back in 2017 when I launched my first 2 self-study online courses for level A1 and level A2. The creation of self-study online courses helped me to grow my business significantly, generating passive income. And since then I have improved the quality and the offer of such courses which have been a great success and allow my business to run smoothly.
What role do you believe mentorship plays in the success of small businesses, and how have mentors influenced your own entrepreneurial journey?
It is crucial that you show as a coach or entrepreneur your expertise, experience and passion in what you teach or sell. I’ve been surrounded and still are by successful and inspiring business mentors who succeed in any project they launch. That keeps me highly motivated to improve and continue to grow and to offer the best service to my customers

Luxembourgish with Anne’s mission is to guide our clients in every step of their learning journey and ensure they master the Luxembourgish language skills they need to ultimately reach their goal, namely getting Luxembourgish citizenship.
