What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your Entrepreneur journey/venture/initiative.
I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart and I’ve always walked to a different drum beat. My childhood was good, no rags to riches stories to share. I came from a loving family and well educated parents. I’m one of five children and the oldest girl in an Italian influenced family. My family is very close and I still talk to my parents and my siblings almost daily.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
My passion has always been centered around helping others and building meaningful communities. Throughout my career as a not-for-profit executive, I recognized my ability to bring together diverse individuals who might not traditionally connect. This inspired me to create a unique professional organization for soul-aligned, service-driven individuals seeking a deeper purpose beyond profit.
I saw that many talented, creative people were holding back—uncertain of how to turn their passion into a successful business. They needed a supportive environment that encouraged creativity, non-traditional business models, and the fusion of science and soul. I wanted to provide that space.
It became clear that my mission was to guide these individuals in embracing their unique gifts, helping them develop the business acumen they needed to thrive. As I began to build this community, people like me, who needed encouragement to step into their full potential, rallied behind the movement. That collective energy fueled my resolve and solidified my purpose—to help others build businesses that are aligned with their soul’s calling and create a lasting impact.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
My current role as the founder of the Soul Professional brand, which includes an alternative business school and a global society for soul-aligned entrepreneurs, is focused on helping purpose-driven individuals scale their businesses in alignment with their values. I guide high-achieving, heart-centered leaders to break free from traditional business models that trap them in the ‘time-for-money’ exchange. Through strategic masterminds, coaching, and a supportive global community, I help them build systems that enable freedom and flow in their businesses.
In addition to this, I work one-on-one as a strategic thought partner for logical-minded, high-caliber individuals who are stepping into entrepreneurship or seeking the next level of success. Many of my clients are either transitioning from corporate roles or plateauing in their businesses and need help designing a lifestyle business that truly aligns with their authentic selves. My approach focuses on shifting mindsets, realigning life and business goals, and creating strategies to unlock new levels of freedom and financial success.
The impact I aim to make is twofold: First, I want to empower entrepreneurs to build purpose-driven, scalable businesses that allow them to work less while earning more. Second, I’m cultivating a community where creativity, soul, and strategy converge, helping entrepreneurs create businesses that align with their true purpose and drive meaningful change. My ultimate goal is to see these individuals step into their full potential, creating a ripple effect of positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?
Other than my three amazing children (my greatest accomplishment to date), I am very proud 3x bestselling author with a business series, The Ultimate Guide to Becoming a Successful Soul Professional, hitting #1 New Release in Woman & Business, and my debut book, The Ultimate Guide to Creating Your Soul-Aligned Business achieving Amazon Bestseller status in five categories including Starting a Business, and ranked #3 behind Joe Dispenza and Brene Brown in Personal Transformation & Spirituality. My last book of the series, The Ultimate Guide to Leaving Your Legacy, came out in September 2024 hitting the Bestseller list in six categories and topped the New Release charts in 9 categories.
Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
As a business strategist and leader of a global community of soul-aligned entrepreneurs, the change I’d love to see in the world is a shift towards authentic, purpose-driven business models. I believe that true success comes when we align who we are with what we do—where entrepreneurship is not just about profit but about impact, freedom, and personal growth.
For young women entrepreneurs, my hope is that they realize they don’t have to follow the traditional path to success. Instead, I want to see them embrace their uniqueness, be bold in expressing their values, and create businesses that reflect their authentic selves. By doing this, they can build a sustainable business and contribute to a world where success is measured by the positive impact we create, not just by financial gain.
I’m passionate about helping women step into their full power, break free from outdated business paradigms, and lead with heart and vision. The more we can foster environments that encourage creativity, collaboration, and alignment, the more we’ll create businesses that make a meaningful difference—while allowing us to thrive as individuals.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women are an undeniable force in leadership today, and it’s inspiring to see how they are redefining what leadership looks like in the modern world. Women bring a unique blend of empathy, collaboration, and vision to the table—qualities that are essential for building inclusive, innovative, and sustainable businesses.
What excites me most is how women leaders today are not just adapting to existing systems but are actively reshaping them. They are creating more balanced, purpose-driven workplaces that value emotional intelligence and prioritize both profit and people. Women in leadership are also challenging outdated stereotypes and proving that strength and vulnerability can coexist.
Despite the progress, we still have work to do. I believe it’s critical to continue empowering women with the tools and opportunities to lead authentically and create spaces where their voices are not only heard but valued. The future of leadership is diverse, and women are at the forefront of that transformation.
What would you want to say to our young leaders/audience reading this?
My message to young leaders is simple: follow your dreams, and don’t let others dictate what you can or cannot achieve. The path to success is rarely a straight line, and there will always be people who question your abilities or the direction you’re heading. But it’s important to trust yourself, stay aligned with your purpose, and know that your dreams are valid.
The world needs more people who are willing to think outside the box and break free from traditional molds. Your ideas, your voice, and your vision are unique, and only you can bring them to life. So, stay true to who you are, surround yourself with people who support and uplift you, and don’t be afraid to take risks. You are capable of achieving more than you can imagine, and it starts by believing in yourself.
