Tell us how your journey into coaching and speaking began.
In school, I was always the person giving advice to friends—even as a teenager. I didn’t know coaching or professional speaking were actual industries. But as I grew older, I discovered my natural ability to encourage and inspire others was, in fact, a calling.
My journey became clearer when I pursued my certification as an NLP Master Practitioner and followed mentors like Tony Robbins. I realized God gifted me with the ability to speak life into people, and I decided to combine my passion for faith, coaching, and speaking into a career. My own life experiences—including becoming a teen parent at 19—taught me the importance of healing, resilience, and stepping into your purpose.
What is the core focus of your coaching today?
I offer both one-on-one and group coaching, with a strong emphasis on taking action, overcoming overwhelm, and integrating spirituality. I’m currently launching One Action Club, a group coaching membership for women who have big dreams but struggle with consistency and execution. I also offer six-month one-on-one coaching packages, helping women get unstuck, heal emotionally, and move forward with purpose.
For me, spirituality and coaching are inseparable. I believe in God, and I bring that faith-based perspective into my work. It’s about helping women heal, grow, and take meaningful action, all while staying grounded spiritually.
How are you building your digital presence?
Social media has been my primary tool—I’m active on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. I’m also working with a web designer to build my website, which will further amplify my visibility and help women connect with my work online.
Do you manage everything on your own or do you have support?
Right now, it’s mostly me, God, and what I jokingly call Aunty Chat—my trusted AI assistant, ChatGPT! But I’m learning to embrace help. For example, I recently asked a friend—my Canva Queen—to help design my student workshops because design isn’t my strength. As I grow, I’m planning to build a small team, especially for my workshops in schools.
What goals have you set for yourself in 2025?
My biggest goal is internal—healing fully from a recent foot operation and becoming the best version of myself from the inside out. Professionally, I want to expand my coaching business, officially launch my website, and help more women heal from heartbreak so they can truly shine. My word for this year is ease—approaching work, life, and motherhood from a place of peace, not stress.
What are some challenges you’ve faced as an entrepreneur?
A technical challenge for me has been design and execution. I’m a very creative thinker, but translating those ideas visually isn’t my strength. I used to feel bad about not being good at everything, but now I realize it’s okay to ask for help and focus on your zone of genius.
Your message to women striving to find their voice and purpose?
Love yourself the way you’d love a child. Celebrate your small wins. The longest relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself—so be kind, be patient, and be proud of every step forward. Healing and success start with how you treat yourself internally.
“Ease, faith, and action—that’s how we grow. You can be spiritual, ambitious, and powerful all at once. Don’t let overwhelm or self-doubt hold you back.”
