Victoria Beale: Building Global Communities That Empower Entrepreneurs to Grow and Thrive

Victoria Beale

Victoria Beale is a global connector, serial entrepreneur, and proud mother of five who has spent over 16 years creating spaces where entrepreneurs can grow, collaborate, and dream bigger. As the Founder of Elite Crowdmakers, she has built international business communities that connect high-growth entrepreneurs with investors, mentors, and opportunities across industries — from business and media to wellness and entertainment.

At Humans of Fuzia, we are featuring Victoria for her relentless drive to empower others — especially women — to achieve financial freedom and independence. Her story is a reminder that community, connection, and persistence can turn even the boldest visions into reality, inspiring Fuzia’s 5-million-strong community that believes in both He for She and She for She.

Q: Victoria, tell us about your journey and how it all began.
Victoria: I’ve been creating communities and organizing events for as long as I can remember — even as a child, I naturally brought people together. Professionally, I’ve been doing this since 2009, building and promoting over 3,000 events across corporate, property, health, and wellness sectors. When COVID hit in 2020, I took everything online and grew a truly global business. I even launched in Africa remotely — our first event in Uganda was live on national TV, attended by the Deputy Prime Minister. That experience showed me the real power of global connection.

Q: That’s incredible! Tell us about Elite Crowdmakers and what inspired its creation.
Victoria: Elite Crowdmakers does exactly what it says — we create elite crowds. Our first community, the Business Growth Crowd, brings together entrepreneurs who dream of taking their businesses global. We connect them with mentors, investors, media partners, and influencers — people who can help make those dreams real.

We’ve also built two sister companies: VC Partners and Investment Matchmakers. Together, they create an end-to-end ecosystem — from networking to funding to mentorship — helping entrepreneurs grow faster and smarter.

Q: How do these ‘crowds’ work, and what can members expect from joining?
Victoria: We host members-only meetings every two weeks where everyone shares their wins and challenges, and we ask, “How can we help?” That’s where the real magic happens — people connect, collaborate, and support each other.

Once a month, we host a global networking event where members can speak, showcase their businesses, and meet high-growth entrepreneurs from around the world. We also run masterclasses, social media promotions, and provide access to funding opportunities through our investor network.

The first two events are free to join, and then membership starts at just £49 a month — accessible for anyone serious about business growth.

Q: You manage multiple ventures — how do you balance it all?
Victoria: (Laughs) It’s definitely a juggling act! But it helps that each company complements the other. VC Partners serves as our holding company, Elite Crowdmakers runs the main operations, and Investment Matchmakers connects entrepreneurs with investors.

We plan to grow six strong communities by next year — covering business growth, entertainment, property, health and wellness, and humanitarian causes. Each will have its own fund and focus area. It’s all about connecting people with the right opportunities.

Q: How do you create awareness about your work and reach entrepreneurs globally?
Victoria: We’ve just launched the Business Growth Crowd Show on YouTube, where we feature members and share success stories. Our global events also generate a lot of organic buzz — we collect 30 to 40 testimonials after each one and turn them into short videos for social media.

We also collaborate with influencers and global communities through partnerships rather than paid memberships. It’s about mutual growth — when we lift others, we rise together.

Q: Every journey has challenges. What hurdles have you faced as an entrepreneur?
Victoria: Oh, plenty! (Smiles) When we first set up the company, we invested in a CRM system that turned out to be a poor fit. It cost us time and money. But we learned and switched to Circle Software, which now serves us perfectly. Challenges are part of growth — the key is to adapt quickly and never stop learning.

Q: You’ve been a strong advocate for women’s empowerment. What drives that mission for you?
Victoria: As a mother of five whom I largely raised on my own, I understand how important financial freedom is for women. It’s not just about earning money — it’s about independence, confidence, and self-worth. I want to show other women that they can create their own paths, no matter their circumstances.

Q: What’s your message for aspiring entrepreneurs and dreamers reading your story?
Victoria: Never give up on your dreams. There will be tough days, sleepless nights, and setbacks — but there’s always someone willing to help. Surround yourself with the right people and partners.

Don’t chase money — chase your vision. If you stay focused on your purpose, the money will follow. Keep going, eat well, rest when you can, and remember: the vision will pull you through.

“It’s not always about the money — it’s about the vision. When you stay focused on that, the rest will fall into place.”
