Passion and purpose is to create a world with MORE Freedom, Love, Abundance, Meaning, Peace and Joy. We assist and guide entrepreneurs, leaders, managers and staff, to activate, amplify, align and advance through their lives with confidence, competence, resilience and AdaptAgility. We enable optimal People and Team Performance.
As far as entrepreneurship is concerned, your journey is quite inspiring. What are some of your most significant accomplishments and how did you achieve them?
Wrote 3 books: SWIFT Success, AdaptAgility, Taming Tigers. Developed 12 modules of Self Mastery Success Ensurance Audio Coaching. Developed the REVOLUTIONARY WORKPLACE High Performance Teams Framework and People Performance Enablement system.
How? Fierce focus on self-development for competence. Got a coach for clarifying and committing to SWIFT and meaningful actions. Got mentors to fast-track my specialised knowledge, skills and mindset as an entrepreneur. I live my passion and purpose statement each day—striving to impact something way bigger than myself. I learn new material DAILY, so I can grow in my ability to add real value to people’s lives. Start each day with gratitude and make sure I have a bulletproof, high AdaptAgility mindset.
Being an entrepreneur, what kind of response have you received from your users/consumers?
The typical response we get in our workshops, coachings, team buildings and training is, “This has been life-changing!”, “I found MYSELF again!”, “I got ME back!”. Our work is transformative by design and transformative by delivery and facilitation, because we impact heads, hearts and souls.
In what ways has your life changed since you began your entrepreneurial journey?
As my #1 value is freedom, it gives me the space and opportunity to be a “Responsible Adult”, taking FULL responsibility for my emotional state, results and life. I have had my ups and downs, but freedom, growth and contribution are my values. I’m grateful for the opportunity to fully express my creativity, determination and “Dance in De-Light” 😉
