Jenny Beecher is a Master Life Coach. She works with female coaches to overcome any roadblock so they can build the business and life of their dreams.
What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.
I grew up in Iowa (USA). I was a creative child who loved animals and remember feeling big dreams in my heart from a very young age. But I didn’t know what those feelings meant. I thought there was something wrong with me. My childhood home was filled with love. My mother was a teacher and father a judge. Everyone in my peer circle had mothers who did most of the care taking and fathers went to jobs every day. Shame seeded itself early as I harbored a desire to be different from this narrative, but not knowing what that meant. It felt as if being different would make me “bad” in some way. I remember resenting the question “what do you want to be when you grow up.” All I wanted was to be wild and free and experience life. I didn’t want to fit into anyone else’s box.
But that fear of being different paired with an unknowing of how to identify or express my true desires kept me plugging along, getting good grades and ready for adult life. I attended college in Wyoming. After I graduated with a degree in Animal Science, I went to work in the equestrian world, managing polo horses and traveling the country to follow the sport. It was an exciting time, but a career path that didn’t have longevity was paid very minimally, and was inconsistent in nature. I was in love with my (then) boyfriend back home in Iowa and moved home to get an office job to be with him in 2008.
In 2010 we were married and had 3 children right away. I immediately quit my job to stay home, assuming it was time for me to fall into the narrative played out before me as a child. But I instantly suffered an identity crisis. I went from being a unique individual who was powerfully valued as an employee to a tired, stressed-out mother who’s only focus was her children. I had no regard for myself. I was reliant on my husband’s income, which was very modest at the time and the strain made for challenging conversations in our marriage. My body and my mind were very unhealthy in these early years as I wrestled with identifying my own needs and wants, paired with a deep desire to create, serve and work outside of my family. I hated feeling dependent on my husband who was working around the clock for his small wages.
I knew I wanted to create a job for myself and ease our family’s financial stress. So, I started a few entrepreneurial ventures that ultimately fizzled out. I had no idea what it meant to run a business. But I was determined to create something that wouldn’t take away from time with my family. In 2016 after sharing about my success in a weight loss challenge, I had several people ask me to coach them in their own weight loss journey. This planted the seed of coaching for me and I dove into several certification programs, falling in love with the power of transformation and change within every human. I built a Health Coaching practice during that time, learning along the way what it truly meant to be an entrepreneur in the coaching space.
In 2019 I move from the Health Coaching space into Life Coaching, desiring to get even deeper and illuminate blind spots so I could help clients rewire their thoughts. I want to help women be different (be better!) without having to TRY to be different. Now I work exclusively with other female coaches to overcome the obstacles in their way so they, too, can build powerful businesses that create impact and income.
My journey as a coach has helped me to rapidly evolve to the version of myself I am today. And I continue to expand and achieve as time goes on. The benefit goes far beyond the income I have created for my family; it shows how much more deep and fulfilling my marriage is and how present I am with my 3 beautiful children.
Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business /initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!”
When I realized how special the coaching is and how much of a need for it there is in EVERY person, I was all in! I was further motivated when I narrowed down my coaching to working exclusively with other female coaches because being an entrepreneur is very different for empaths who love to give and serve. Women are taught to play small, but I’m on a mission to help women play BIG. Women are so powerful, but often stand in their own way more than they realize.
Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?
My mission is to help other women in the coaching space overcome any obstacle in their way so they can create a business and lifestyle around that business that makes them feel unstoppable. I want to rewire women’s wealth mindsets, leading them to make money faster instead of warding it off or hiding from it. I want women to know that it is GOOD and IMPORTANT to charge high fees for their services as well as build and generate wealth in other areas of life.
Your journey and your vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?
Go beyond believing in yourself…KNOW that your success is inevitable and take action from that certainty. Surround yourself with other women who see your light and help illuminate it brighter.
Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?
Women are SO powerful! I find myself enamored with women who stand tall and lead fearlessly. Women bring so much creativity, passion and heart to the table. It’s much needed -what used to be- the cold world of business. When women step into their power as leaders, the whole world changes! Every single woman is born with leadership qualities.
