What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your corporate journey/venture/initiative.

I grew up in a close-knit community that emphasized resilience, hard work, and education. I spent my childhood in Kratovo, a beautiful and ancient town in Macedonia, but unfortunately, limited resources and an unstable economy shaped my perspective on opportunities. Early on, I challenged myself to break away from traditional educational paths, focusing instead on developing diverse skills to carve my own path to success. These experiences taught me the importance of resourcefulness and adaptability, fueling my drive to create better opportunities for future generations. I believe that with the right resources, we can empower individuals to thrive, no matter where they come from.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business/initiative? What motivated you within to say YES, go for it!?

The idea for SkillSpotterZ was born from a vision to create a platform that bridges the gap for talent in underrepresented and low-economy regions, where job and learning opportunities are scarce. I recognized that automation and large-scale platforms often overlooked skilled individuals in these areas, leaving their potential untapped. My motivation came from a belief that I could use my expertise to make a difference by offering a personalized, human-centric approach to recruitment. Saying “yes” was about trusting my ability to build something impactful—one that levels the playing field and connects talent to stable, fair global opportunities.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

If given the opportunity, I would love to see a world where talent and potential are recognized and nurtured, regardless of gender, geography, or economic status. I dream of a future where access to education, resources, and opportunities is universal, enabling everyone to reach their full potential. For young women entrepreneurs, this means breaking down our own barriers, uplifting one another, and uncovering underrepresented voices. Together, we can create a world where success is not determined by where you start but by the impact you are making.

Women are a growing force in the workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. There are cracks in glass ceilings everywhere, with many women breaking through to carve out a space right at the top of the pyramid. What are your thoughts about women leadership today?

“Once upon a time, women didn’t have pockets on their clothes—meaning they didn’t go out to work and bring home money—but those days are far behind us. Let’s not go back.”

I believe that leadership and success are not defined by gender but by the impact we make and the skills, empathy, and heart we bring to our work. Women are incredibly strong in balancing both business and home life, showing us that we don’t need to choose between the two. The true power lies in the ability to nurture both areas with strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and love. It’s important to educate ourselves to be our best in both realms, never underestimating the value of our home life or our business abilities, and never replacing home for anything else that is shiny. Ultimately, it’s about finding balance and being the best versions of ourselves, regardless of gender.

What’s the most important thing you have learned in your personal life and professional journey? What is your personal motto in life?

The most important lesson I’ve learned in both my personal life and professional journey is to challenge myself, set clear goals, and be patient with the process. Success isn’t something that should be rushed or driven by shiny achievements. Instead, it’s about the lasting impact we bring to others and the world around us. I’ve learned to focus on educating myself, being resourceful, and staying true to who I am. Pay attention to the “now”—the present moment and the steps you take today shape the future you want to create.

With your grit and determination, you are making a considerable impact, breaking through, and serving as role models for many budding entrepreneurs. What would you want to say to our young women leaders/audience reading this?

To young women (humans) leaders and entrepreneurs, I want to say this: Believe in your ability to create impact, no matter the obstacles or challenges. Your unique perspective and strength are invaluable assets. The world is full of opportunities, and it’s up to you to embrace them with confidence and resilience. Don’t let fear of failure or societal expectations hold you back—success is built on learning, evolving, and staying true to your vision. You have the power to shape the future, and you don’t need to fit into any mold to do it. Keep pushing forward and make your mark.
