Shereen Singh: Healing Hearts and Lives Through the Power of Energy

Shereen Singh

Shereen Singh’s journey into the world of energy healing began not from ambition, but from heartbreak. After losing her first child at just two weeks old, she found herself searching for meaning, peace, and healing. What began as a deeply personal quest to understand life’s pain evolved into a calling — to help others heal through energy work. Today, as the founder of Healing with Shereen in Switzerland, she guides people toward emotional and spiritual balance through Reiki, past-life regression, and quantum healing. Her story is a reminder that even our deepest wounds can become a source of light for others — a message that deeply resonates with Fuzia’s 5M+ strong community supporting women worldwide.

Q: What inspired you to start your journey as a healer?
From a very early age, I could sense and see energies — something I inherited from my grandmother. But the real turning point came when I lost my first baby. That experience shattered me and set me on a journey to find meaning and healing. Years later, I discovered Reiki through a friend, and the experience transformed me. It lifted the heaviness I carried for years and helped me see life differently — with acceptance and gratitude for even the hardest moments. That healing was so powerful that I wanted to share it with others. That’s how Healing with Shereen began — organically, through helping friends and eventually, clients.

Q: What challenges did you face in establishing your healing practice, and how did you overcome them?
Initially, I worked on a donation basis because I believed healing should be accessible. But my Reiki master reminded me that energy exchange is important — even karmically. So, I began charging a small fee, and though it was slow in the beginning, I trusted the process. There were weeks without clients, but I kept faith that the right people would come. And they did. Most of my clients today come through word of mouth and reviews — I had the highest number of energy healing reviews in Switzerland at one point, which was incredibly affirming. The key was patience, authenticity, and allowing things to unfold naturally.

Q: Do you work independently or have a team supporting you?
I’m mostly a solopreneur. I handle everything from client sessions to bookkeeping myself, though I do have a wonderful virtual assistant who manages my social media because that’s not my area of strength. It allows me to focus on what I love — the healing itself.

Q: How do you view women’s leadership and empowerment today?
It’s inspiring to see how far we’ve come. Women today are showing up for themselves — unapologetically taking space and standing in their power. When I was growing up, it wasn’t like that. But now, I see change everywhere. I raise my sons to know that gender doesn’t determine what you can or cannot do. Women are creators — literally and energetically. We create life, nurture it, and that’s an incredible source of power. Honoring that creativity and courage is what leadership means to me.

Q: What advice would you give to aspiring women leaders and entrepreneurs?
Trust yourself. Be kind to yourself. There will be moments when things don’t go as planned, and self-doubt creeps in. That’s when you need to lean into your intuition the most. Trusting myself — even when things were uncertain — has always led me where I was meant to be.

Q: What does success mean to you, personally and professionally?
For a long time, I thought success was about money or how people perceived you. But now, I know true success is living your purpose — your dharma. When you wake up and know you’re doing what you’re meant to do, that’s success. Living my passion and helping others heal — that’s everything to me.

“Success isn’t about wealth or recognition. It’s about living your purpose with love, trust, and authenticity.”
