Q: Sarah, could you share what you consider one of your biggest achievements?
Sarah: One of my greatest achievements was moving from the corporate world into entrepreneurship. It required a very different and resilient mindset, but it opened the door to joy, purpose, and the ability to truly stand in my own power. Partnering with a global health and wellbeing brand gave me the chance to build a lifestyle business and community, and that experience sparked my love for personal development. I realized how much your mindset determines the outcomes of your life. From there, I’ve won awards, spoken on international stages, and created frameworks to help others “win” in their own lives.
Q: You’ve also been actively involved in mentoring. Can you tell us about that?
Sarah: Yes, I’m a Rocket Launcher Mentor with Launch It, a UK charity that supports young entrepreneurs aged 18–30. Many of these individuals don’t have access to resources or support systems, so mentoring them as they start their journey has been an incredible experience. It’s about creating space, celebrating their ideas, and helping them believe in their potential.
Q: You mentioned you’re writing a book. What inspired it, and what will it focus on?
Sarah: The book is really about giving people the tools to stop waiting to feel ready and instead choose to take action now. It’s part pep talk, part practical guide, based on my lived experiences with mindset, energy, and purpose over the past 15 years. It’s not just my story—it’s for anyone who is ready to rise with purpose, lead with joy, and finally build the life that’s been calling them.
Q: You’ve also co-founded WOW Women on Winning. What is it about?
Sarah: WOW Women on Winning is a global empowerment platform that brings women together once a month to connect, collaborate, and celebrate each other’s journeys. It’s networking with heart. Whether women are just starting out or already established, the space is about positivity, community, and sharing experiences that uplift one another.
We also host a regular WOW Women event, which is designed as a network marketing and empowerment gathering. It’s not just about learning—it’s about finding your tribe, building genuine connections, and creating business opportunities together. Q: With so much discussion about artificial intelligence, what’s your take on it?
Sarah: I see AI as a tool that, when used well, can free up our time and enhance our creativity. The thought and originality still come from us—it simply helps shape and speed up the output. For me, if something that used to take an hour now takes 20 minutes, I can spend that extra time walking, connecting with people, or doing something I love. That’s more human. Yes, every progression in history has shifted jobs, but it has always created new ones too. I believe AI is no different—it’s about how we guide it and how we choose to use it to benefit our lives.
