Over the years, she has successfully led global teams, driven innovation, and delivered impactful products. At Stackkly, she aims to revolutionize how property owners monetize unused spaces while offering cost-effective solutions for renters. Combining her technical background and entrepreneurial passion, she is committed to creating value and driving change.

What were your initial years of growing up like? Tell us about your life before starting your entrepreneurial journey.

Growing up, I was always curious and deeply interested in problem-solving and technology. I pursued my studies with a focus on software engineering, which laid the foundation for my career in software development and consulting. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, I spent 17+ years in the software industry, managing technical projects, building high-performing teams, and leading innovation. These experiences not only sharpened my technical acumen but also instilled the leadership qualities that prepared me to co-found Stackkly and address real-world challenges in the storage and parking sector.

Every industry that is now a large-scale, top-notch business once started as a small idea in the minds of entrepreneurs. What was that idea or motivation that made you start your business? What motivated you to say, “YES, go for it!”?

The idea for Stackkly came from observing the underutilization of parking lots. Many property owners struggle to monetize idle spaces, while renters face high costs and limited options. I realized there was a gap in the market for a solution that connects these two groups seamlessly. Inspired by platforms like Airbnb, we envisioned Stackkly as a hybrid marketplace that empowers property owners to maximize their spaces and provides renters with affordable, flexible options. The motivation to create a win-win ecosystem drove me to say, “Yes, let’s go for it!”

Tell us something about your initiative or current role. What is it about, and what impact are you trying to make?

At Stackkly.com, we aim to revolutionize how storage and parking spaces are utilized. Our platform connects storage/parking facilities, businesses, and individual property owners—including storage/parking facility operators, parking lot owners, residential property managers, commercial property owners, and real estate investors—with individuals and businesses looking for convenient, cost-effective solutions.

As Co-founder, my role involves steering the company’s vision, driving strategic growth, and ensuring our platform delivers value to both hosts and renters. We’re creating a ripple effect—helping hosts unlock new revenue streams while reducing the financial and logistical burden for renters. Our mission is to make storage and parking more accessible and efficient for everyone.

Your journey and vision are very inspiring, but are there any achievements or accomplishments you would like to mention?

One of our significant accomplishments at Stackkly has been building a platform that bridges the gap between property owners and renters effectively. Within a short time, we’ve onboarded diverse hosts, including businesses, property managers, and individual owners, creating a thriving ecosystem.

Personally, I’m proud of leading cross-functional global teams in my career, building innovative products, and now channeling that expertise into a venture that positively impacts communities. Additionally, successfully navigating the challenges of a bootstrapped startup is an achievement that underscores my passion and resilience as an entrepreneur.

Would you like to share with our young budding women entrepreneurs the change you would like to see in the world if given an opportunity?

I believe women today are given equal opportunities, but it’s up to us to take bold steps and step up as entrepreneurs. Success comes from making connections, grabbing opportunities, and confidently pursuing our goals.

While balancing family life and a career can be challenging, women are incredibly capable of managing both with the right mindset. It’s about stretching yourself, prioritizing effectively, and trusting in your ability to achieve. If more women take this leap, we can see a world filled with empowered women leading impactful change across industries.

Women are a growing force in workplaces worldwide, standing shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts. What are your thoughts about women’s leadership today?

Women today are proving their capability to lead across industries, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and innovation. However, leadership requires taking initiative, stepping out of comfort zones, and seizing opportunities.

Women often balance multiple responsibilities—family, career, and personal growth—but this balancing act also equips them with unique strengths as leaders. With the right mindset, prioritization, and a willingness to stretch beyond perceived limits, women can continue breaking barriers and driving meaningful change. Leadership is about action, and women are well-positioned to inspire and lead with purpose.

What would you want to say to our young leaders/audience reading this?

To the young leaders reading this, I’d say: Dream big but start small. Every significant achievement begins with a single step. Embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, and don’t shy away from taking risks.

Build networks, seek mentors, and never underestimate the value of persistence and hard work. Remember, the world needs your unique perspective, so don’t hesitate to bring your ideas to life. With determination and resilience, you can create a lasting impact.
