Rachel, you’ve had an incredible career journey. What inspired you to start your own venture?
After years in the digital tech startup space, I realized that the culture and creativity I loved often got lost when more structure and money came in. I’ve always believed in servant leadership and empowering others to grow. Around the post-pandemic period, I saw many coaches and healers struggling to bring their businesses online. They needed help with visibility, marketing, and tech tools—things I had experience in. And having spent 20 years as a massage therapist and healer myself, I deeply understood their challenges. So I decided to combine my skills in business, marketing, and wellness to support these transformational entrepreneurs.

Who exactly is your platform designed for?
It’s a vast audience—life coaches, energy healers, therapists, psychics, health and wellness coaches, lightworkers, and many more. Some work with spiritual tools like the Enneagram or Akashic Records, others focus on mindset or holistic health. What they all share is a desire to serve and heal. My mission is to help them stand out online, especially those who are certified and deeply committed, so they can connect with people who truly need them.

What makes Body, Mind, Spirit World unique?
I’m building a transformational matchmaking system using AI. A seeker can visit the platform and type in something like “I feel sad” or “I want to grow spiritually,” and the AI will match them with the right coach or healer based on those needs. It’s about bringing human empathy and tech innovation together. I’m also working on a future employee wellness program so companies can offer these holistic services to their employees—supporting emotional, spiritual, and mental wellbeing beyond traditional healthcare.

What kind of results do your clients experience from your support?
First and foremost, they feel seen. I take time to understand their stories and truly care about their work. Many are empaths who aren’t business-savvy, and they struggle with tech, funnels, or lead generation. I bridge that gap—helping them show up, get noticed, and do what they love: healing and coaching. I also help market them across social platforms and build the tools they need so they don’t get lost in the noise.

Did you ever face self-doubt or imposter syndrome while building your brand?
All the time—and I still do. It never really goes away. But I’ve learned to move forward anyway. The most important thing is to remember your “why.” When you stay grounded in your mission and values, the doubts become background noise. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be authentic and willing to show up—even when it’s uncomfortable. That’s how we grow.

Looking back, is there anything you’d do differently?
Absolutely. But every mistake taught me something. It’s like learning to walk—you have to stumble before you find your stride. I believe growth always comes with some messiness, and that’s okay.

What are some of the biggest challenges entrepreneurs like your clients face today?
The digital space is crowded and noisy. Social media algorithms are hard to crack, and many healers don’t have the bandwidth or know-how to keep up. On top of that, economic uncertainty and fear can make people hesitate to invest in their wellbeing. That’s why visibility and emotional connection are so important—they need to be found by the right people who truly need their support.

Is there anything exciting you’re working on right now?
Yes! I’m about to launch a quarterly virtual summit and expo in partnership with Body Mind Spirit Expos—a well-known in-person event in the U.S. We’ll have live speakers, interactive virtual booths, and digital swag bags. I’m also planning a digital magazine and building a content subscription model where members can host courses and generate shared revenue. And longer-term, I’m working on an employee wellness program that can be offered by companies globally. There’s a lot brewing!

“You don’t have to be perfect. Just show up with authenticity and purpose, and the right people will find you. Keep going, even when it’s messy.”
