Her story inspires our global community of 5M+ women, reminding us that passion and persistence can transform both personal lives and professional paths.
Q: Can you tell us about your journey into spirituality and business?
Rachael: My spiritual journey began when I was just three years old and met my first spirit guide. In my teens, my great-granny Drusilla from spirit taught me palmistry, which became the foundation of my spiritual path. In my 20s, I trained as a Reiki Master and Past Life Therapist, offering palm readings and healing work face-to-face. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I transitioned online, launching a psychic development membership site that evolved into a hybrid of psychic and spiritual business development. Today, I support entrepreneurs in growing their visibility, engagement, and sales while staying spiritually and emotionally aligned.
Q: What challenges have you faced while building your business?
Rachael: The online space is very noisy. In 2020 and 2021, launching online was easy because there was a big demand for learning and self-development. But over time, people became more selective with what they invested in, especially with the cost-of-living crisis. The challenge has been helping clients—and myself—stand out with authenticity. That’s why I focus on teaching unique positioning and visibility strategies so businesses can thrive even in difficult times.
Q: Do you work alone or with a team?
Rachael: I used to have a team, but now I manage everything myself with the support of AI. It’s streamlined my business so much that I have more time than ever. I also teach others how to use AI effectively, even if they only have 5–10 hours a week, to run their businesses efficiently.
Q: What has been your proudest milestone so far?
Rachael: Relocating my family to the east coast of England. I didn’t want my son growing up in Leicester, where safety was becoming a concern. Because of my business, we were able to move 130 miles away to a safer, more fulfilling environment nearly two years ago. That was a big achievement for me.
Q: As the first woman in your family to run a business, how do you view women in leadership?
Rachael: I come from a family of strong working women, most of them in nursing. I also worked in the NHS as a nurse. But I’m proud to be the first in business—it feels like trailblazing within my family. For me, women in leadership show what’s possible and set the stage for the next generation.
Q: What advice would you give to aspiring women entrepreneurs?
Rachael: Don’t try to do everything alone. I juggle being a wife, mother, and business owner, and it’s not always easy. But running a business allows me more time with my family than a regular job ever could. My advice is: only start a business if you’re truly passionate about it. You need motivation, resilience, and a strong “why.” If it’s just about money, it will show. Success comes when you’re aligned with what you love.
Q: How do you personally define success?
Rachael: Success isn’t about money—it’s about happiness and contentment. If you have food, shelter, safety, and love around you, you are successful. Being happy in what you do and creating a positive environment for your family—that’s what success means to me.
“Success is not measured by money—it’s about happiness, contentment, and creating a life you truly love.” – Rachael
