Pipli Mistry: Helping women reclaim calm, confidence, and control at work

Pipli Mistry

Pipli Mistry’s journey is rooted in compassion, resilience, and a deep desire to help women live healthier, more balanced lives. A coach driven by lived experience and empathy, Pipli has dedicated her path to supporting women through stress, burnout, and life transitions. Her story resonates strongly with the Humans of Fuzia community, inspiring women to prioritize their wellbeing while pursuing fulfilling careers—and reminding them that strength, leadership, and self-belief are not optional, but essential.

What inspired you to start your journey as a coach and entrepreneur?
I always wanted to start my own business and help people through coaching. People naturally came to me when they were struggling, and I realised I was good at helping them manage stress. I supported friends through grief, divorce, and major life changes, helping them rebuild healthier habits and start living for themselves again. Alongside that, I wanted freedom—freedom to manage my time, create impact, and live a more fulfilling life.

What challenges did you face while building your business, especially in marketing yourself?
Marketing is always challenging because you’re trying to attract the right people and communicate the right message, and not everyone will see it. What helped me most was accountability—having coaches, seeking advice, and learning from people who have already walked the path I want to walk.

You’re a solopreneur. What’s been one of your proudest milestones so far?
Earlier this year, I ran my first event—10 miles in one hour and 52 minutes. That was a big personal achievement. Professionally, I’m incredibly proud of the transformations my clients have made—releasing stress, losing weight, feeling confident again, and hearing them say they finally feel good about themselves.

Are there any new goals or launches coming up for you?
Yes. I’m currently completing my diploma in health coaching at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Once I receive clearance, I’ll be launching my new business in January. My focus is on helping middle-aged working women prevent stress and burnout before it reaches the point of medical intervention. I want to show women a holistic way to feel calm, reassured, and confident at work—without pushing themselves to exhaustion.

What are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
I think it’s fantastic. Women have always had the capability to lead—we simply bring a different perspective to the table. It’s about time more women stepped into leadership roles and took the top jobs.

What message would you share with aspiring women leaders and entrepreneurs?
If you’re passionate about what you’re doing, go for it. When things get hard—and they will—your passion will give you the resilience to push through. Having a strong “why” makes all the difference.

How do you deal with imposter syndrome?
I experience it all the time. Sometimes it feels easier to go back to a stable job. What helps me is mindset work—listening to motivational talks, practising a strong morning routine, and surrounding myself with people who keep me grounded and focused.

What does success mean to you, professionally and personally?
Professionally, success means having a thriving business so other women can see what’s possible and believe they can do it too. It also means seeing my clients succeed—helping them manage stress before it becomes overwhelming and supporting them to stay confident and comfortable in their careers. Personally, success is freedom, wellbeing, and purpose.

“Follow what you’re passionate about—because when challenges arise, your purpose will give you the strength to keep going.”
