Meet Nikita Blanc, an innovative solopreneur and the mind behind HeyEveryone.io. Her journey is a testament to solving real-world problems with creativity and resilience. Starting from her own struggle with time-consuming investor updates, Nikita transformed a personal challenge into a scalable business idea that helps founders streamline outreach to potential investors. Featured in Humans of Fuzia, her story inspires our global community of 5 million members—championing both He for She and She for She—to embrace problem-solving, persistence, and purposeful growth in entrepreneurship.
Q: How did your entrepreneurial journey begin, and what inspired the creation of HeyEveryone.io?
Nikita Blanc: We started in 2023 as a company focused on industrial updates. The idea came from my own experience of spending 4–5 hours every Friday writing investor updates—collecting metrics, analyzing them, formatting, and sending them out. It became a repetitive, time-consuming task I didn’t enjoy, so I built a solution to automate the entire process. The goal was to let founders push a button and have investor updates sent automatically.
Q: That sounds like a smart solution! How did the business evolve from there?
Nikita Blanc: While the automation made sense, we quickly realized we were competing with a tough challenge—many founders weren’t sending updates at all. Then, our customers started asking a recurring question: “Where can we find potential investors?” That’s when we pivoted. Today, we help founders by giving them a curated list of investors and crafting highly personalized outreach emails for each contact. This approach has helped our clients achieve much higher meeting rates with investors.
Q: As a solopreneur, what challenges have you faced, and how do you attract clients?
Nikita Blanc: Right now, all my clients come through LinkedIn, where I am most active. I also maintain a blog for HeyEveryone with two articles per week, which helps generate organic traffic. Social media and consistent content have been my strongest channels for reaching potential clients.
Q: What is your personal definition of success?
Nikita Blanc: For me, success is consistent, positive, month-to-month revenue growth.
Q: Do you have any exciting plans for HeyEveryone in the near future?
Nikita Blanc: Yes! Currently, our platform has a human-in-the-loop approach, where a person assists with the sales cycle and outreach. My goal for the upcoming year is to launch a fully self-service system. Founders will be able to manage their investor lists, email creation, and dispatch entirely through a web application—no manual involvement required.
“Entrepreneurship is about solving problems you truly understand. If you can turn your challenges into solutions for others, growth will follow.”
