Nick, can you share a bit about your current entrepreneurial focus?
Right now, I’m primarily focused on Go Beyond Ventures, my advisory business. We work mostly with data and AI companies, helping them with fundraising and go-to-market strategies.

It’s an exciting space but also unpredictable. The startup fundraising landscape is always evolving—some weeks it feels like opportunities are everywhere, and other times it’s a bit chaotic. But I enjoy working closely with founders and helping them navigate those challenges.

Who is your primary target audience?
Our clients are typically early-stage founders—sometimes pre-seed, but mostly seed and Series A startups. We also work with venture capital investors that are focused on these types of companies.

We’re largely focused on B2B data plays and AI startups, helping founders figure out how to position their products, reach the right investors, and scale strategically.

Are you running this venture solo or do you have a team?
I operate as a solopreneur most of the time. When I need specialized expertise, I tap into my network of collaborators and partners to bring in the right people for a project.

The lean structure keeps things flexible and allows me to move quickly, which is essential in the startup space.

You’ve worked across multiple businesses and regions. What is your key advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?
My biggest advice is simple: have the courage to start.

Too many people get stuck in the thinking and planning phase without ever taking action. Entrepreneurship is about doing, learning, and adapting. If you wait until everything is perfect, you’ll never begin. The sooner you start, the sooner you learn—and the faster you can grow.

“Most people spend too much time thinking and not enough time doing. Take the leap—the courage to start is everything.”
