In a world where many women and minorities still face barriers to leadership, Mike Sealy, Founder of X-INC Global, is committed to rewriting the narrative. With decades of corporate leadership experience and a heartfelt mission to empower underrepresented voices, Mike has created a coaching and development platform focused on real transformation. At Humans of Fuzia, we celebrate leaders like Mike, who are making inclusion, confidence, and personal growth accessible to all.
Mike, how would you describe yourself to the world as a leader and coach?
I would say I’m approachable, friendly, and passionate about helping people become better versions of themselves. My corporate leadership journey taught me that real leadership is about taking care of people, not just focusing on personal success. As a coach, my work is entirely about the individual—their reality, their goals, and what’s holding them back. I don’t use a blanket program. I customize my approach to help people overcome limiting beliefs, push their potential, and build confidence.
Tell us more about your venture, X-INC Global.
X-INC Global is actually pronounced “Zinc Global.” The ‘X’ represents transformation, ‘INC’ stands for Inclusion, and Global reflects that my work has no boundaries—I work with people all over the world. My wife and I founded this business, though she works behind the scenes, and I run it as a solopreneur for now. It’s all about personal transformation, leadership coaching, and inclusion, focusing particularly on women and minority professionals.
Why did you choose to focus specifically on women and minorities?
My niche is empowering women and minority leaders. Historically, women have been placed in positions of subservience—they haven’t been given the platform to be their true selves, especially in corporate spaces. Often, men speak over women, dismiss their ideas, or overlook their contributions. I want to change that.
This passion comes from my upbringing. My mother taught me to respect women deeply, and I’ve carried that throughout my life. I’ve always been the person to support women at work, to listen, and to advocate for their success. Now, through my coaching, I help amplify their voices, boost their confidence, and unlock their full potential.
How do people discover you and your services?
A lot of it comes through LinkedIn. Over the years, I’ve grown my presence there by sharing my thoughts, opinions, and expertise. I talk about topics many people avoid—like menopause, women’s health issues, or challenges minority professionals face. That authenticity draws people in. I also run a regular newsletter, Inclusion Insights, which covers a wide range of inclusion-focused topics. Through my podcast, I share real stories, challenges, and achievements, creating a space for honest, necessary conversations.
Are you running this entirely on your own, or do you have a team?
Right now, I’m a solopreneur. My “team” is essentially the technology I use—AI tools, platforms, and assistants that support my day-to-day operations. But eventually, I may bring on a specialized team. However, I don’t want to scale into a massive organization. My vision is to keep X-INC Global small, specialized, and focused on delivering significant value.
What are your short-term goals for the rest of this year?
I’m focusing on solidifying my coaching programs, including launching an online, self-paced course. I’m also writing my fourth book, which I aim to publish by year-end. Another big project is developing a unique, year-long coaching program where I partner with individuals—walking with them through their leadership journey, helping them grow, plan, and position themselves for their next promotion or big opportunity. Lastly, I’m preparing for the next season of my podcast, which may be rebranded with a new name and direction.
What motivational message would you share with women entrepreneurs and professionals?
I have three key messages:
- Be a continuous learner—never stop growing; learn something new every single day.
- Build your confidence—don’t be afraid to share your ideas or dreams, no matter the pushback.
- Rise after every setback—setbacks are inevitable, but how you bounce back defines your success.
Believe in yourself, speak your truth, and keep moving forward.
“The world doesn’t change by chance—it changes through courage, inclusion, and continuous growth.”
