Before becoming an executive coach, Chetti served in the judiciary, where exposure to criminal justice revealed how deeply a person’s circumstances shape their opportunities. That understanding led her into volunteer work with refugee communities while living in Malaysia, where she spent years supporting displaced children through education and social service. These experiences transformed her understanding of leadership and ultimately inspired her transition into professional coaching.
For Chetti, coaching has never been about giving answers. It is about helping people develop the mindset, awareness, and confidence to empower themselves.
Over the past 17 years, her work has evolved into a truly global practice. She has partnered with international financial institutions, central banks, multinational organizations, and senior executives worldwide while continuing to deepen her own expertise through advanced education in psychodynamic coaching and leadership development at INSEAD Business School. Alongside her executive coaching practice, she has contributed to the global coaching profession through leadership roles with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including work on ethics, credentialing, and professional standards. She also recently co-authored a book on developing ethical maturity, reflecting her belief that ethics should remain central to leadership development.
Unlike many entrepreneurs, Chetti has never measured success through rapid expansion.
Instead, she intentionally built her business organically, focusing on reputation, trust, and the quality of every client relationship. Rather than pursuing large-scale growth, she selectively works with organizations and individuals where she believes she can create meaningful transformation. Her coach training programs remain intentionally small, allowing each participant to receive deep individual attention while developing strong foundations in ethical, evidence-based coaching practice.
Her philosophy of leadership is equally human-centered.
Leadership, she explains, cannot be separated from self-awareness. Before leading others, leaders must first understand themselves—their strengths, challenges, motivations, and values. Leadership also changes with context. Guiding people through stability differs from leading during uncertainty, but one principle never changes: leadership by example. Without integrity, trust eventually disappears, especially when organizations face pressure.
When asked what it means to be an honest entrepreneur, Chetti offered perhaps her most powerful insight.
She believes honesty does not begin with business—it begins with the individual. Ethical entrepreneurship is simply an extension of ethical living. The values people carry into their personal lives inevitably shape the way they coach, lead, build organizations, and serve others.
