For Jazz Rasool, that isn’t a philosophical idea. It is the foundation of his work across leadership coaching, AI ethics, entrepreneurship and human development.
On Humans of Fuzia (HOF), a global thought-leadership platform at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, women empowerment and socially conscious business, Rasool shared a journey that began with a bullied teenager, a Commodore PET computer and an early chatbot—and eventually led to work involving governments, NASA, universities and global coaching communities.
From Star Wars to AI Coaching
At 14, Rasool discovered programming while avoiding school bullies. His first encounter with AI came through ELIZA, a chatbot originally created in 1966 and influenced by Carl Rogers’ therapeutic approach.
Decades later, that early curiosity evolved into an AI coaching model he began developing in 2008.
His philosophy was shaped by another realization: coaching could become more powerful by integrating Western psychology with wisdom traditions from cultures across Africa, India and China.
That thinking became the foundation of Energy Diamond, a framework designed to help individuals understand their energy, relationships, priorities and potential.
Rasool eventually encoded these principles into an AI coaching platform—turning lessons learned from clients into scalable growth systems.

The Leadership Challenge of an AI-Driven World
As businesses navigate AI adoption in 2026, leaders face familiar but increasingly complex challenges: team accountability, client acquisition, messaging clarity, delegation and scalable systems.
Rasool argues that the answer isn’t simply becoming “AI-first.”

He believes humanity-centric leadership should come first, with AI amplifying human intelligence rather than replacing empathy, conscience, creativity and critical thinking.
For coaches and entrepreneurs, that creates a practical distinction: AI can support information, analysis and goal-setting, while human coaches remain essential for interpretation, empathy, identity and deeper motivation.
Collaboration Is the Growth System
Perhaps Rasool’s strongest lesson for entrepreneurs is what he calls “collaboration literacy.”
He argues that successful founders first learn to collaborate with themselves—rather than becoming their own worst enemies—before extending that capability to teams, partners and communities.
For solopreneurs scaling into leadership, this means investing in delegation, relationship-building, speaking opportunities, authority development, clearer ICP positioning and systems that allow expertise to scale beyond one person.
