What inspired you to begin your journey as a coach?
My journey into coaching was not something I planned. Coaching entered my life through personal development, and during my first training, I discovered something that felt profoundly purposeful. Before that, I worked as a policy and military analyst—it was a meaningful career, but coaching resonated with me on a much deeper level.

Another strong influence was my life as an expat and global nomad. Experiencing multiple international transitions made me deeply curious about how people navigate change—not just practically, but emotionally. That curiosity became the foundation of my work. In many ways, my path was shaped by personal experiences and a series of coincidences that gently but firmly pushed me in this direction.

What challenges did you face when building your coaching business?
One of the biggest challenges was realizing that coaching programs teach you how to coach—but not how to run a business. I had to learn entrepreneurship from scratch: branding, marketing, defining my ideal client, and building authority in a new field.

While I had experience as an expert in my previous career, becoming an entrepreneur was entirely different. I invested heavily in learning—through courses, reading, and especially working with business coaches and being part of masterminds. That support was crucial in helping me grow into this role.

What moments make you feel most proud in your work?
My proudest moments always come from witnessing my clients’ evolution. Watching them move from self-doubt to self-trust, from hesitation to ownership of their lives, is incredibly rewarding.

They are the ones doing the work—I simply walk alongside them. Often, I can see their potential long before they can. Seeing them finally step into that potential, at their own pace, is deeply fulfilling.

Are you a solopreneur?
Yes, I am the face of my business, but I don’t do everything alone. I work with people behind the scenes—especially during launches or for specialized skills like design or video. I try to stay focused on my zone of genius and delegate the rest, rather than trying to do it all myself.

What does women’s empowerment mean to you?
A central concept in my work is “uncaged”—recognizing and stepping out of the self-imposed limitations that hold us back. In leadership, especially for women, these limitations often show up as people-pleasing, playing small, or relying on external validation rather than inner knowing.

Uncaged leadership is about recognizing these patterns and choosing differently. It’s about trusting our inner authority and leading from a grounded, self-owned place—both in our professional and personal lives.

What message would you like to share with future women leaders and entrepreneurs?
Anyone can live and lead uncaged. It’s not reserved for a select few. While it does require courage, that courage exists within all of us. Leadership begins with self-leadership—choosing to trust yourself and take aligned action, even when it feels uncomfortable.

How do you define success today—personally and professionally?
For a long time, I defined success based on external expectations—what I was told success should look like. Over time, I realized how limiting that was.

Today, I don’t believe there is a single definition of success. Success is personal. It’s about choosing what feels aligned with your values and your purpose. For me, success is living in alignment, trusting myself, and honoring what truly matters—both for me and for my family.

“Leadership starts with self-leadership—when we trust our inner authority, we give ourselves permission to live uncaged.”
