Q: Katharine, could you share a bit about your background and what brought you to your current path?
I’ve had quite an eclectic career—I’ve worked in business, been a professional actress, and spent years in the creative industries. But I really found my true calling about ten years ago when I began coaching and training people in leadership development. I worked with organizations globally, teaching communication skills, management, and growth mindset.
Then, in January 2023, my life completely shifted. I went through a personal crisis, which I now recognize as a spiritual awakening. That experience transformed me, and I realized that the corporate world needs this kind of transformation too. It’s what I now call conscious leadership.
Q: What does conscious leadership mean to you?
For me, conscious leadership is about helping people be more present, calm their nervous systems, master their minds, and reconnect with their inner energy. Right now, the business world is dominated by a distorted masculine energy—constant chasing of outcomes and growth at the cost of balance and well-being. The result is stress, unhappiness, and even illness.
Conscious leadership shifts this. It’s about leaders being grounded, intuitive, and aware of themselves, so they can lead others from a place of authenticity and balance.
Q: How are you bringing this vision into practice?
I’m launching programs that bridge spirituality and leadership. My flagship program is a six-month journey combining one-to-one coaching, group work, and an immersive retreat. I believe transformation takes time—it’s not about a one-day workshop. People need space to learn, integrate, and embody new ways of being.
I want to make conscious leadership unapologetically part of business life, so leaders can bring more balance, compassion, and awareness into organizations.
Q: What inspired you to merge spirituality with professional leadership?
When I went through my awakening, I immersed myself in spiritual practices—meditation, breathwork, studying texts across traditions, from Vedanta to Christian teachings. I realized all of them pointed to the same truth: we are energy, and abundance is not about what you own, but about your state of being.
Bringing that realization into the corporate world felt natural. Leaders today are often wealthy but unfulfilled. True abundance lies in connection—with self, others, and the divine. That’s the balance I want to help leaders reclaim.
Q: What aspirations do you hold for the future?
At the heart of it, people matter to me. My purpose is to awaken more leaders—not just CEOs or managers, but anyone who takes responsibility for their own lives. If we can build conscious businesses, we can transform society.
Imagine a world where companies prioritize people and the planet, not just profit. That shift alone could address so many of our global challenges—from environmental damage to toxic workplace cultures. My aspiration is for us all to live more from the soul, less from the ego.
Q: What challenges do you face as you build this vision?
I’m still at the beginning of this particular journey. Executive Wisdom was only launched recently, so right now it’s about building awareness and finding the right people to join me. But I don’t see it as a struggle—it’s just part of the process. I trust that the right people will come when the time is right.
Q: What message would you like to leave for our readers?
Transformation is possible for everyone. Two years ago, I was at my lowest point. Today, I feel at peace and deeply aligned with my work. The practices that helped me are simple, but they require consistency and understanding.
We are not just human beings—we are energy beings. And once we realize that, we can create lives of peace, purpose, and true abundance.
“You’re always on the journey, and your consciousness is always expanding. The key is to start with self-inquiry—knowing yourself deeply. That’s where real transformation begins.” – Katharine Pons
