Jude Iria: Moving Beyond Boundaries to Create Impact

Jude Iria

Jude Iria is a passionate coach, entrepreneur, and changemaker who believes in building a life rooted in impact and transformation. His journey began with a simple yet powerful desire—to move beyond limitations and empower young people to build financial independence through digital skills. Today, Jude has established multiple ventures, trained hundreds of students, and continues to inspire the next generation of leaders with his vision for change. His story is a reminder of how determination and self-belief can ripple out into communities, touching lives far beyond one’s own.

Q: What inspired you to begin your journey?
Jude Iria: It was a desire to grow beyond boundaries and make a change in my community. I felt a burden to help young people—especially young adults—get off the streets and become financially stable through digital skills. But before I could help others, I realized I first needed to set myself up. That drive has been my motivation every single day.

Q: What challenges did you face while building your ventures, and how did you overcome them?
Jude Iria: One of the biggest challenges was attracting investors. I had great visions and plans, but lack of funding made it difficult to execute. What changed everything for me was building a strong personal brand. I put myself out there, attracted top clients, worked with them, and reinvested the income into my companies. That has helped me establish three businesses so far, and I continue to grow as I work towards larger partnerships and investors.

Q: What is a milestone you’re especially proud of?
Jude Iria: I’m proud of training more than 100 students in different skill sets and seeing over 10 of them already monetizing and thriving. Another milestone is building a personal brand that speaks volumes—something I envisioned but didn’t think would happen so quickly. These achievements keep me going.

Q: What are your thoughts on women in leadership today?
Jude Iria: Women are excellent leaders. In fact, in one of my organizations, I prefer working with women because they are often more committed, stable, and dedicated to a project compared to men, who sometimes lose focus in pursuit of personal ambitions. I deeply respect women in leadership, and I’m always willing to support, mentor, and empower them further.

Q: What is your personal definition of success?
Jude Iria: Success is about impact. It’s not just about growing personally but about helping others grow. True success is when the people you’ve supported also go on to uplift others—creating a lineage and generational impact. Even when you’re no longer around, your work continues to inspire and sustain others. That, to me, is the real meaning of success.

“Success is not measured by what you achieve alone, but by the lives you transform and the legacies you leave behind.” – Jude Iria
