Q: What inspired you to start your journey as a digital entrepreneur?
A: When I started out in 2013, I saw industry leaders making a living through affiliate marketing, sponsored reviews, and blogging. I was inspired—if they could do it, why couldn’t I? That’s when I launched my blog, BloggersIdeas. I attended events, workshops, and met young entrepreneurs who were already building successful careers online. Their stories gave me the confidence to dive in and build something of my own.
Q: What were some challenges you faced early on?
A: My biggest challenge was technical—I wasn’t skilled in coding or design. I had to hire developers to bring my vision to life, and it was tough to find the right people. Content was another challenge. I went through cycles of hiring and firing until I found writers who truly cared about the work. One of my editors has now been with me for over eight years. The lesson? Hire for passion, not just resumes, and always test with small tasks before building long-term collaborations.
Q: What has been one of your proudest milestones?
A: Becoming a Payoneer Brand Ambassador in 2015 was a huge moment. Being recognized by a global brand boosted my credibility in the industry. On a personal note, being able to buy a house for my family and give them the lifestyle they always dreamed of—that’s my true success.
Q: What are your thoughts on women in leadership?
A: I’m proud to say that 95% of my team is made up of women. They are incredibly hardworking, loyal, and dedicated. Many of them have been with me for years, contributing not only to the success of my business but also shaping the culture of trust and growth we have built. Women bring unique strengths to leadership, and I’m glad to see more of them leading in digital spaces.
Q: What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs and women leaders?
A: My best advice is simple: go out and meet people. Attend trade shows, workshops, and masterminds. That’s how I gained exposure, built my network, and landed opportunities. Recently, I invested $25,000 to be part of a mastermind, and it gave me incredible insights and connections. You can’t grow by staying in your comfort zone—you need to invest in yourself and your network.
Q: What is your personal definition of success?
A: Success is not just about money—it’s about building the right team and choosing the right partners. A broken team can derail even the best ideas. Always do your due diligence when hiring or partnering. The right people will not only grow your business but also safeguard your peace of mind.
