Jack Pierce: Awakening Global Trust Through Spiritual Leadership

Jack Pierce

Jack Pierce is on a mission to restore trust—within people, organizations, and communities. With decades of corporate consulting experience alongside a deeply spiritual path rooted in indigenous wisdom and divine guidance, Jack bridges the worlds of leadership and spirituality. Through his unique approach, he helps individuals and teams heal trust wounds, strengthen authentic connections, and reimagine leadership—especially with women at the center. His story speaks to the Humans of Fuzia community of 5M+ women and allies, united under the mission of empowering women and championing “He for She” and “She for She.”

Q: Jack, can you share how your personal journey led you to dedicate your life to trust-building?
I grew up with a deep trust wound. My brother passed away before I was born, and my father expressed love in ways I didn’t understand—constantly pointing out what was wrong. For years, I carried that pain until I finally had a conversation with him that healed our relationship. That turning point showed me how critical trust is. Since then, I’ve worked for decades helping organizations like Michelin and Walmart build lasting employee and customer relationships rooted in trust. Without it, nothing truly works—my motto has always been, “If you don’t have trust, what do you have?”

Q: Your work combines business and spirituality. How did that evolution happen?
Five years ago, during meditation, I connected with my spirit guides, who revealed to me that I was the Lakota Chief Crazy Horse in a past life. He had prophesied that seven generations later, there would be a global trust revival. That’s our time now. Since then, my mission has expanded to honor that prophecy—helping people and organizations awaken trust not just in practice, but in spirit.

Q: You emphasize women’s role in leadership. What have you observed?
In Lakota culture, women held strong leadership roles—guiding with faith, empathy, and vision. I believe women lead differently, often from a foundation of unity and care, which is deeply needed in today’s world. Sadly, modern systems often push women to the backseat. My work is about helping women reclaim that leadership voice while encouraging men to adopt those values as well. Leadership rooted in trust, empathy, and integrity is the way forward.

Q: Can you tell us more about the tools you’ve created for individuals and teams?
I’ve developed trust circles—simple rituals that teams or groups can practice in as little as 20 minutes. These open barriers between people and foster deep, authentic trust. I also guide individuals in setting “heart-with-a-spine” boundaries, balancing compassion with strength. These tools help people transform fear into understanding and create interdependent, not codependent, relationships—whether at work or in personal life.

Q: What does success mean to you today?
My definition of success has changed completely. It’s no longer about money or titles. Today, success means being spiritually whole and living my mission. That brings me true joy.

“Trust is the foundation of everything. If people trust you, they’ll walk with you. If they don’t, nothing else will matter. My mission is to awaken trust—because that’s how we create a future where all can thrive under one tree of life.” – Jack Pierce
