Before you became the business titan you are today, enlighten us about the thrilling adventures of your pre-business life.
Before launching into entrepreneurship, my path was quite unconventional! I have a law degree, which might seem perfectly aligned with corporate success, but I quickly discovered that traditional corporate life simply wasn’t for me.
What’s particularly amusing is that as a young person, I actually dreamed of becoming a farmer – quite a contrast to where I ended up! There’s something beautifully ironic about someone who once envisioned working the land eventually cultivating the growth and potential of remarkable women instead.
I started my first business when I was 25, having recognized that the corporate world’s rigid structures and conventional approaches didn’t align with my vision for creating meaningful impact. That leap from law degree to entrepreneurship taught me early on that success isn’t about following predetermined paths – it’s about having the courage to forge your own way, even when it defies expectations.
Those early experiences of feeling constrained by traditional roles ultimately shaped my passion for helping other women break free from societal boxes and redefine success on their own terms.
Could you elaborate on the nature of your initiative/business/current role, highlighting its purpose and the ways it benefits people?
My business centers around empowering high-achieving women to break through the invisible barriers that hold them back from their true potential. At its core, my initiative is about transformation—helping smart, conscious female executives and entrepreneurs move beyond societal limitations and create authentic success on their own terms.
The purpose is deeply personal: I recognized that many brilliant women reach a certain level of achievement but still feel constrained by inner glass ceilings, societal expectations, and traditional definitions of success. They’re often stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, despite their external accomplishments.
My work benefits people through multiple touchpoints. Through my immersive coaching programs, I guide women through holistic transformation that spans both professional and personal spheres. My transformative retreats create safe spaces for deep introspection and breakthrough moments. During keynote presentations, I inspire audiences to reimagine what’s possible for their lives and careers.
The Boundary Breakers Collective talk show and weekly Power Talks extend this impact by featuring inspiring women role models, creating a community where remarkable females can see themselves reflected and encouraged through heartfelt stories and in-depth conversations.
My book, “It’s Your Turn,” serves as a roadmap for women ready to step into their power. The ultimate benefit is helping women navigate modern leadership complexities with confidence while driving meaningful change—not just in organizations, but in all aspects of their lives.
It’s about creating a ripple effect where empowered women go on to empower others.
What has been the response of the users/consumers towards your venture? (You can also talk about your recognitions/achievements here)
The response has been incredibly encouraging and deeply fulfilling. What moves me most is hearing from women who tell me that our work together has fundamentally shifted not just their professional trajectory, but how they show up in all areas of their lives.
I consistently receive feedback from clients who describe breakthrough moments—whether it’s finally asking for that promotion they deserved, launching the business they’d been dreaming about, or simply learning to set boundaries that honor their authentic selves. The talk shows have created a beautiful community effect, with listeners sharing how particular stories sparked something in them or gave them permission to pursue their own bold moves.
What’s particularly rewarding is witnessing the ripple effect—women who go through my programs often become advocates and mentors for other women in their organizations and networks. They’re creating cultures of empowerment around them.
The countless recommendations I’ve received on LinkedIn and my website reflect this impact, with women sharing how they’ve moved from feeling stuck despite their success to feeling genuinely empowered to create the impact they’ve always envisioned.
Having a strong support system is essential for your well-being. We would love to know who your biggest supporter is. Share with us and let’s celebrate the amazing people in our lives who make a positive impact.
My biggest supporter has to be my sister. When I told her I was leaving the traditional path to start my own business at 25, she didn’t question it—she simply asked how she could help. She sees the vision even when I’m too close to it and reminds me of the impact during challenging moments.
But I have to say, my clients have become an incredible source of mutual support as well. These remarkable women who started as clients often become some of my greatest cheerleaders, creating a network of empowerment that extends far beyond our formal work together.
It’s one of the unexpected gifts of this business—realizing that the women I’m meant to serve are also the ones who lift me up when I need it most.
As a woman entrepreneur, what changes do you hope to see in the world and what opportunities are you seeking?
As a woman entrepreneur, I hope to see a world where women no longer feel they have to choose between authenticity and success. I envision a future where the definition of leadership itself evolves—where qualities like empathy, collaboration, and holistic thinking are valued as essential leadership strengths, not weaknesses to overcome.
I want to see the end of women feeling stuck despite their achievements, where inner glass ceilings become a thing of the past. My dream is for every high-achieving woman to feel genuinely empowered to create impact on her own terms, without having to fit into outdated societal boxes.
The opportunity I’m most excited about is scaling this transformation globally. I’m seeking ways to reach more women through digital platforms, strategic partnerships, and potentially expanding my programs internationally. I’d love to collaborate with organizations that are serious about creating systemic change for women in leadership.
I’m also passionate about mentoring the next generation of women entrepreneurs and coaches who want to carry this mission forward. There’s such power in creating a multiplier effect—training other women to become transformation guides in their own right.
Ultimately, I’m seeking opportunities to create a movement where women supporting women becomes the norm, where we collectively rewrite the rules of success, and where future generations of girls grow up never questioning their right to lead authentically.
Women now stand shoulder-to-shoulder with men in the workplace, breaking through glass ceilings to reach the top. What are your thoughts on women’s leadership today?
While we’ve certainly made significant strides in terms of representation, I believe we’re still in the midst of a profound transformation. Yes, more women are reaching C-suite positions and boardrooms, but I’m seeing something deeper happening—women are beginning to redefine what leadership itself looks like.
The real breakthrough isn’t just about women fitting into existing leadership models; it’s about women bringing their authentic selves to leadership and creating new paradigms that value collaboration, emotional intelligence, and holistic thinking alongside traditional metrics of success.
However, I work daily with high-achieving women who, despite their external success, still struggle with what I call “inner glass ceilings”—those limiting beliefs and societal conditioning that make them question their worth or feel they need to prove themselves constantly. The external barriers may be cracking, but the internal ones often persist.
What excites me most is witnessing women who refuse to choose between authenticity and success. They’re creating organizations that prioritize both results and well-being, leading with vulnerability as a strength, and mentoring other women along the way.
The future of women’s leadership isn’t just about reaching the top—it’s about transforming what the top looks like. When women lead from their truth rather than from outdated expectations, they create ripple effects that benefit everyone. That’s the revolution I’m passionate about supporting.
