Greg Garunov: Helping Millennial Dads Align with Their True Selves

Greg Garunov

Meet Greg Garunov, a passionate coach and entrepreneur reshaping how millennial dads connect with their kids and themselves. After spending nearly two decades in the fast-paced world of marketing, Greg realized he was living a life misaligned with his true values. That awakening led him to build two heartfelt ventures—Millennial Prime and Everyday Legends—focused on helping fathers step into their full potential. At Humans of Fuzia, we’re proud to feature Greg’s powerful story as part of our global mission to inspire and empower our 5-million-strong community. His journey embodies the essence of “He for She” and the strength of leading with authenticity and vulnerability.

Greg, how would you describe yourself to our readers?
I’m someone who’s dedicated to making tangible impact in the world. After working nearly 20 years in marketing, I realized I was unfulfilled—even after ticking all the boxes society defines as “success.” That led me to re-evaluate who I am and realign my life with my inner values. Today, I live true to myself and work every day to help others do the same.

Can you tell us more about your ventures?
Absolutely. I run two initiatives—Millennial Prime, which is my flagship, and Everyday Legends. Millennial Prime is a community for dads where I offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and even enterprise-level workshops. It’s all about helping fathers design a lifestyle that aligns with who they are at the core. We work on internal monologues, everyday habits, and emotional alignment—because how we show up at home deeply influences how we lead at work.

What makes Millennial Dads your niche focus?
I’m a millennial dad myself with two kids, and I believe our generation is uniquely positioned. We grew up with analog learning—books, libraries, and handwriting reports—but also transitioned into the digital age. That blend gives us a special ability to connect across generations. Millennial dads are growth-minded, and many are looking for a deeper, more meaningful way to parent and live. I help them tap into that.

What are the key challenges you’re facing in your journey?
The biggest challenge is that many men haven’t been taught to ask for help or show vulnerability. That’s something I aim to change by leading with honesty and openness. I share personal stories, even when it’s uncomfortable, to show men that it’s okay to seek support and express emotions. That’s the first step to healing and growth.

What short-term goals have you set for this year?
I’ve launched monthly live workshops where parents can experience my coaching in real time—free of cost. These two-hour sessions tackle real issues, like time management and emotional balance, and offer practical action plans. They’re open to all parents, not just dads, and they give a taste of what it’s like inside Millennial Prime.

What message would you like to leave for our readers?
You’re not alone. We often feel isolated in our struggles—at home, at work—but the truth is, we’re all more similar than we realize. The feelings of frustration, exhaustion, or being misunderstood are universal. The more we acknowledge that, the more compassion we can bring into our relationships—with our kids, partners, colleagues, and ourselves.

“We’re all more similar than we are different. When we embrace that, life becomes more seamless and human.”
